Can’t make it to the 2015 Los Angeles Auto Show, but want to check out all the car candy?
Well never fear, we’ve got you covered. Check out Wednesday’s highlights, which include the new Mercedes-Benz AMG S63 Cabrio, Fiat 124 Spider and Jaguar F-PACE, in the photo gallery below.
There will be dozens of debuts, model refreshes and updates this week and we’ll tackle a few of them here.
One is the debut of the new 2016 Honda Civic Coupe. Honda says the coupe has “sportier lines, with an intimate high-tech interior and engaging powertrain options.” One of those engines will be turbocharged, a first for the two-door Civic. Meanwhile, the four-door Civic sedan goes on sale this week.
The Honda Clarity fuel cell vehicle is also making its North American debut in L.A. It goes on sale in California in 2016.
Jaguar Land Rover is debuting the North American version of the new compact XE sports sedan for the first time. The F-PACE, Jaguar’s first crossover, is also making its first North American appearance. Based on the bones of the XE, the F-PACE will compete with the Lexus RX 350, BMW X3 and other luxury midsize crossovers.
Meanwhile, the new Range Rover Evoque convertible will be making its global auto show debut. It’s the first soft-top offered in the U.S. from Land Rover since the low-volume Defender 90 soft-top of the mid-1990s. It goes on sale next summer with a starting price of $51,470, including shipping.
Stay tuned for more debuts and updates coming out of the LA Auto Show in the days to follow.
