First-Ever 2017 Nissan TITAN Single Cabs Hit the Road

First-Ever 2017 Nissan TITAN Single Cabs Hit the Road

It’s a big day if you’ve been waiting for a single cab Nissan TITAN pickup. Both the 2017 TITAN and TITAN XD single cabs are on sale now.  Pricing starts at $30,775 including destination charges. The XD starts from $32,285.

This is the TITAN’s first foray into the single cab pickup arena. It’s offered in both S and SV grade levels. The trucks have an eight-foot bed and a 12,640-pound maximum towing capacity on the XD. They come with a Bluetooth Hands-free Phone System and available RearView Monitor.

Under the hood the single cab is packing some power.  A new 5.6-liter Endurance V8 engine delivers 390-horses and is mated to a 7-speed automatic transmission. Single cab models come with a choice of the Endurance V8 or 310-horse Cummins 5.0L V8 Turbo Diesel with a heavy-duty 6-speed automatic. You can choose either tw0- or four-wheel drive.

Just like the TITAN full-size pickups, the single cabs are covered by “America’s Best Truck Warranty” that gives you bumper-to-bumper coverage of 5-years/100,000-miles, whichever comes first. They models are assembled in Canton, Mississippi.

Nissan still has one more TITAN to roll out and that’s the King Cab.
