Thanks for the quick response. Let me tell you how it went. I called Terry Rich at Five Star North Richland Hills when I got home today and while I was leaving him a message I saw an email from him that said he passed the info from you on to Rick Dike. The next email was from Rick with his cell number and said to call him. I did, he said come on in today at my convenience, I was getting off the phone with him and Terry returned my call. I have purchased 2 prior fords at 5 star but WOW unbelievable, unprecedented customer service.
Got to the dealer at about 2:45 and left at 4:45. Deal done better price than I ever expected and I will pick the truck up Tuesday afternoon. (They have to tint the windows, put the bed mat in and wash it up) I could have drove it home this evening but as I was not trading in my old truck I would have to go back anyway. Jerry can’t thank you and Five Star enough. You guys have a friend, customer and listener for life.
Anyone who thinks there is a better way or better deal than the Car Pro can get them is missing something.
