Jeep Unveils 75th Anniversary Special Editions

Jeep Unveils 75th Anniversary Special Editions

Happy Birthday Jeep! Jeep is marking a big milestone this year – it’s 75th anniversary. And it’s going all out for the occasion with special editions for every vehicle in its lineup. Yes, every vehicle in its lineup. No one’s getting left out of this Jeep party.

Each Birthday Jeep (can we agree to call them that?) comes with a special pack of goodies depending on the model. Most are based off a certain trim level.  All the special editions will be available in a Jeep-exclusive Green exterior paint: Sarge Green, Recon Green or Jungle Green, depending on the model. If green’s not your thing, they’ll be available in other colors as well.

The celebration gets flashy with Satin Bronze wheels, Bronze and Orange exterior accents, and 75th Anniversary badging. Inside, they get exclusive seats with either an embossed 75th Anniversary logo or one-of-a-kind Ombre Mesh fabric.

“Jeep vehicles have defined the authentic SUV and set the benchmark for off-road capability and freedom since they were first produced in 1941,” says Mike Manley, Head of Jeep Brand. “Today, Jeep SUVs continue to deliver 4×4 leadership, as well as fuel efficiency, world-class craftsmanship and premium on-road dynamics.

The Grand Cherokee 75th Anniversary edition starts at $36,775. It’s based off the 4×4 models that start at $31,995 for the base Laredo trim and $39,065 for the Limited. The Renegade Anniversary model starts at $25,375. It’s based off the Latitude 4×4 trim, which starts at $23,295.

Jeep says its 75th Anniversary Editions will arrive in showrooms in the first quarter, that’s around March of this year.

If you haven’t done the math yet, the first Jeep hit the road in 1941.
