Kevin’s Video of the Week: A Plane That’s Actually A Car

Kevin’s Video of the Week: A Plane That’s Actually A Car

Kevin: A Washington, D.C. policeman mated a decaying 1956 Cessna airplane with the bottom of a Toyota van. The result was this street-legal “Plane Car”. Not surprisingly, he gets a lot of attention when he takes it out on the road.

CAR-enthusiast police Sergeant Jeff Bloch amazes road users cruising the streets in a converted PLANE. The 42-year-old police officer – dubbed Speedy Cop by his friends – combined an abandoned Cessna aircraft with a Toyota van to make his jaw-dropping ride. He even entered the 27-foot vehicle for entry into the famed 24 Hours of LeMons race in South Carolina,

Apparently his next project is to build a LeMons Racecopter.  This Bell OH-58 “Kiowa” will be themed in tribute to the movie Predator and the iconic line “GET TO DA CHOPPA!”  Just like the Spirit Of LeMons before it, the chopper will also get a Toyota Van chassis. It worked so well with the Spirit of LeMons after all.
