UPDATE 10/17/16 : Party on dudes! The 1976 AMC Pacer from Wayne’s World sold for $37,400 at Barrett-Jackson Vegas over the weekend.
Are you worthy enough to own the original 1976 AMC Pacer from Wayne’s World? This recently restored car is going up for auction at Barrett-Jackson in Las Vegas, and one lucky person will take home the flame-emblazoned baby blue coupe that Wayne and Garth used to rock out to Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody.”
Wayne’s World 1976 AMC Pacer
The car is restored to movie spec as much as possible. While the stereo and speakers have been updated, everything else appears just as it did in the 1992 film, including mismatched wheels and a hole in the roof for the licorice dispenser. The Pacer is outfitted with a new exhaust, water pump, power steering pump, alternator, and battery.

Four-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion Jeff Gordon is also headed to Vegas. He is putting three of his Chevrolet Monte Carlo pace cars from his personal stash on the block. All will sell at no reserve, meaning they will all be sold to the respective highest bidders, no matter what that bid is.
Here are the three cars Gordon is selling:
Lot 371.2: Sold $16,500.00
This one is a 1995 Z34 Brickyard 400 pace car, one of just 400 made by Chevrolet. This is a copy of the pace car from the first Brickyard 400 in 1994, which Gordon won. This unique automobile has just 12 miles from new.
Lot 371.3: Sold $20,900.00
Here we have a 1998 Z34 Brickyard 400 pace car that was given to Gordon after he won the ’98 race. This special Z34 Monte Carlo was one of a handful of pace cars that were used at the August 1, 1998, Brickyard 400. It even comes with the original Indiana license plate signifying it as an official pace car at the race.
Last but not least is a 2001 Limited Edition Super Sport pace car replica. It has just 305 miles from new and is one of 1,300 replicas of the actual 2001 pace car. It comes equipped with several special features, including a race-inspired rear spoiler and a two-tone leather interior.
