Porsche is recalling approximately 50,000 model-year 2003-06 Porsche Cayenne S and Cayenne Turbo SUVs, 2004-06 Cayenne SUVs, and 2006 Cayenne S Titanium Edition models.
There is a problem with the fuel filter flange. It could crack after extended use and fuel could leak out which creates a fire risk. You can check out the government’s recall notice here.
Dealers will replace the fuel filter flange with one that includes a protective cover to prevent cracks from forming.
