Audi is recalling approximately 216,000 model-year 2013-16 Audi A5 coupes and cabriolets, A4 sedans, A4 Allroad wagons and Q5 SUVs due to a fire risk.
Contact corrosion within the electrical connector for the auxiliary heater may cause the heater wires to overheat or melt.
Dealers will replace the auxiliary heater and, as necessary, update the software for free.
