New Sport Trim
A new Sport trim adds exclusive black finishing on its 16-inch wheels. It also gives you chrome exhausts, a rear diffuser, and a special front fascia. Both the front and rear are highlighted with bright orange accents. Orange seems to be Honda’s color of the moment. Honda is also offering a new Orange Fury paint option. A bright Helios Yellow Pearl replaces last year’s Mystic Yellow Pearl. The rest of the paint options continue from last year.
New safety features on the 2018 Honda Fit are Adaptive Cruise Control, Collision Mitigation Braking, Lane Keep Assist and Departure Warning, and Road Departure Mitigation and Warning. These come standard starting on EX trim and are available with the Honda Sensing
suite on the LX and Sport.
No pricing or engine details yet. But we don’t expect to differ much from the current model’s budget-friendly $16,965 starting price. The 4-cylinder engine will likely remain the same because of the current model’s 33-city/40-highway mpg with continuously variable transmission (CVT).
