It’s not often you come across a car auction like this one.
According to a press release
, the IRS-Criminal Investigation (IRS-CI), AECOM and CWS Marketing Group will auction off four seized exotic sport and track cars on February 5, 2020 in Austin TX.
In the statement, CWS Marketing Group says these highly desirable performance cars are some of the assets seized by IRS-CI as part of the $2 billion case against payday loan mogul and amateur race car driver Scott Tucker.

The live in-person and simulcast auction is being conducted by AECOM and CWS Marketing Group and will take place at the world-class motorsports Circuit of The Americas (COTA) on February 5, 2020.
Potential bidders can preview the cars at Ferrari of Austin on February 4, from 10:00am to 3:00pm, as well as on sale day at COTA. All interested parties can attend previews, but must register prior to attending. Auction participation requires a $25,000 refundable bid deposit.
