You know you’re making headlines when your name gets tossed out on The Tonight Show. Such was the case for the new all-electric 2022 F-150 Lightning last month. Jimmy Fallon, who happens to own an F-150, talked about the new pickup on the show May 19th with announcer Steve Higgins. The duo spent about five minutes of air time chatting about its targeted mid-4-second 0-60 mph acceleration (with the extended-range battery), along with its 10,000 pound towing capacity and its massive mega power frunk. Fallon told the audience he’s ready to go all-electric and was also impressed the new pickup could power a home for several days.

The all-electric 2022 F-150 Lightning rolls out in spring of 2022. You can reserve one here with a $100 refundable deposit. For more on the Lightning check out our earlier post.
