What Else Is New for 2020

Here are a few other noteworthy new additions or options for the 2020 model year:

  • Apple Android: The Corolla Hatchback was one of the first vehicles in the Toyota lineup to feature Apple CarPlay compatibility. In 2020, all grades add standard Android Auto. Also, SiriusXM All Access Trial, previously an available option, will now be standard on both the SE and XSE.
  • New Hatchback Roof Option: A black roof, available on the current generation Camry, now makes its way as an available feature to the Corolla Hatchback. It’s paired with the following colors: Blizzard Pearl, Oxide Bronze, Classic Silver Metallic, Smoked Paprika and Blue Flame.
  • More Cargo Space: Finally, if you’re looking for a bit more cargo space, the SE grade will offer more of that in 2020. Toyota took out the spare tire to lower the cargo floor and add six cubic feet of cargo space. In place of the spare tire, the SE will come with a Tire Repair Kit. This option will be available on both the CVT and 6MT SE grades.
