I'm Laura Reynolds with CarProUSA.com. Ford is expanding its Pickup and Delivery Service available to all FordPass Reward members. Ford Customer Service Loyalty Manager Adrianne Joseph explains. Joseph: "Simply put, it's giving our customers the flexibility and the convenience of when they schedule service with their local dealer having the dealer come pick up there vehicle, drop off a loaner if they're interested or not, and re-deliver that vehicle once the service is completed. We did start this in the pandemic as convenience to our customers who frankly didn't want to go face-to-face into the dealership and we learned a lot, right. We learned that that was really relevant for the time and it was a value added to our customers and after the pandemic customers just saw the value and how convenient it was to basically get their time back so we saw the value in that and wanted to be able to provide it more meaningfully to customers nationwide.” For more information on these and other vehicles, check out CarProUSA.com.
