I’m Laura Reynolds with CarProUSA. Ford GT Program Manager Michael Severson says the 2022 Ford GT Heritage Edition supercar is an homage to the 1964 GT prototypes that led to America’s only Le Mans-winning supercar. Severson: "Absolutely amazing. The car was developed side by side with the race car that won Le Mans, that won Daytona, that won so many races, you really feel it, it has the same driving position, same aerodynamics as the race car, and it is just a thrill to drive. Great communication with the road, it's fast, it sounds good, it feels good, it looks good, it’s the full package.” It features Wimbledon White paint and triple racing stripe with contemporary touches including exposed carbon fiber behind Antimatter Blue-painted carbon fiber wheels. The MSRP will set you back over $500,000. With Today's Auto News I'm Laura Reynolds.
