It’s been quite a weekend at Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale as millions of dollars worth of classic cars went across the auction block in front of a star-studded packed house.

The overall top sellers were a Porsche, a Shelby Cobra and a Mercedes-Benz. The 2015 Porsche 918 Spyder Weissach sold for a record $1,760,000. A 1939 Mercedes-Benz 540K with a “Cabriolet A” body conversion sold for $1,485,000. A 1965 Shelby 289 Cobra Roadster CSX2495 brought in $797,500.

Jay Leno’s 2000 Ford F-150 Harley Davidson sold for $200,000 with proceeds going to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Leno was on hand to promote bidding. Burt Reynolds was also in the house to help see the original 1977 “Smokey and the Bandit” Trans Am across the block. It went for $550,000.

A new 2016 Ford Focus RS sold for $550,000 with proceeds benefitting the JDRF Diabetes Foundation. A 2016 Chevrolet COPO Camaro sold for $500,000 with 100% of the hammer price benefiting Kettering University.
