Kia Announces All-New 2023 Sportage Pricing

The all-new 2023 Kia Sportage goes on sale soon.  The Sportage is Kia's longest running nameplate and the fifth-generation model debuts a new engine, trims, and features, plus adds more standard driver assist technology and its first ever plug-in hybrid model (which goes on sale at a late date.) 

The Sportage's new 2.5-liter engine delivers 187-horsepower and is mated to a new 8-speed transmission. The lineup adds X-Line, Sportage X-Pro, and X-Pro Prestige trims, along with the PHEV model that targets and all-electric range of 32 miles.  New features include an available dual panoramic curved 12.3-inch display screens.

Eight driver assist systems are standard. New available safety features include a 360° Surround View Monitor with 3D View and live feed Blind-Spot View Monitor within the instrument cluster.  Forward Collision Avoidance with Junction Turning capability & Reverse Parking Collision Avoidance Assist are available on upper trims.

Kia says the hybrid and new PHEV models will go on sale at a later date.. The 177-horsepower PHEV targets an estimated 32-mile EV range. The turbo-hybrid will deliver 226-horsepower and a targeted 39-mpg combined.
