1. Signing up for the CarProUSA Newsletter:

Thank you for your interest in signing up for the CarProUSA National newsletter! If you’d like to subscribe to the Dallas-only newsletter you can do so here.

Our national newsletter sends once a week on Friday afternoons. You can expect your first newsletter on the Friday following your confirmed sign-up. It is a two-step process. Please follow the directions below and you’ll be squared away in no time:

  1. Once you fill out this initial subscription form, you’ll receive an email in your inbox.
  2. We’ll need you to open that email and click on the box that says “Confirm Your Subscription”, as pictured below, in order to complete the signup process.

2. Are you a current CarProUSA subscriber but have stopped receiving your newsletter?

If you suddenly stop receiving your newsletter, it is likely that your email provider may have blocked us as spam.

Please take these steps to prevent this from happening in the future:

  1. Add "newsletters@carprousa.com" to your email client address book.
  2. Request that your email provider whitelist our email sending domain: carprousa.com.
  3. Open and click links in emails you receive from us.
  4. Move our emails found in your SPAM/junk folder back to the inbox.

Also, we recommend that you check all of your folders including any promotional or social media folders in case it went into another one other than your direct inbox by mistake. Note that registering for the newsletter multiple times will not help.

If you’ve tried these above steps and are still not receiving your newsletter within two weeks, contact us here to request help.

Also if you accidentally unsubscribe it could take 2 to 3 weeks to get you reinstated to the list, as we take the integrity of our subscriber list very seriously. If you should happen to unsubscribe in error, please be patient as we work with our newsletter provider to reinstate your name on the list. You may also be sent directions as well during this process.

3. Do you need to unsubscribe from the National Newsletter?

To unsubscribe from the National newsletter, scroll down to the very bottom of the email and click on "Unsubscribe from all future emails."

4. Are you having trouble viewing the newsletter in your email?

Some email systems do not display the entire contents of emails within your inbox. For instance, in Google Gmail, It may be necessary to scroll to the bottom of the email and click a link that says “View Entire Message” to open a new window that will open the newsletter in its entirety.
