Sergio was fantastic, but you already knew that. Sitting beside these cars, some of which were pushing $100k, was a lowly Toyota FJ Cruiser. But because of Sergio and The Car Pro my daughter wasnt lowly. My wife Debbie was ready to trade her 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a new BMW X3. I sent a VIP certificate to Pat Goldwaite, Kenneth Caven contacted us and made an appointment.
Kenneth was fantastic. He answered all of our questions and did an excellent job of explaining everything about the X3. In two hours time, we had ordered a 2016 X3. The offer from Pat exceeded my expectations, both on the trade-in and new X3 price. Best car buying experience I have ever had.
The X3 was finished and arrived early. We were in the finance office maybe thirty minutes. Julio spent over an hour explaining the basics of the X3 to my wife. We left Advantage with the new X3 after only another two hours at the dealership. We were given contact info to call if we had any questions, and both Julio and Kenneth have called to follow up with us.
We are both 63, and have purchased quite a few vehicles in the past. This was by far the best experience either of us have ever had, from start to finish.

I contacted Advantage BMW Midtown via your site. I found a car in their inventory and emailed for a price. Within 30 minutes of their open of business, I got a quote. It was a great price in my opinion. It was right in line with Edmunds TMV. I got a fair trade-in price that was pretty close to the Kelly Blue Book value for a trade-in. Given that KBB is just an approximation of the car auctions, I felt good about it.

I loved that we didn't have to haggle. I dealt with Frank Pierce. He was very helpful, professional, and nice.

In contrast, the Edmunds request for quote process resulted in token amounts off of list or telling me I would need to come in.

The bulk of the time spent at the Advantage BMW Midtown was waiting for the car to be prep'ed. You can't ask for more than that.

I really appreciate that you have setup the recommended dealer list. It was tremendous service to me and I've suggested it to a friend that is in the market for a car.

I just wanted to let you know about our shopping experience with our BMW from Advantage BMW. You referred us to Pat Goldwait at the dealership, and he referred us to Frank Pierce at the dealership. Me and my wife met him, and test drove a BMW X5 Diesel. Frank then ordered a new 2012 X5 for us with the options and color combinations that my wife picked out. He gave us about 10% discount off the MSRP of $66,000. He also gave us $29,000 trade in allowance on our 2008 QX56 Infiniti which was 1000 higher than Carmax, and taking the sales tax savings into account this was our best bet.
We were supposed to pickup the car today, but there was a problem with the antenna that he is taking care of. He gave us a brand new 528 to drive until next Monday or Tuesday when the X5 is ready. They financed the car for us for 4.99%for 72 months.
I just wanted to thank you for your referral and input in our car shopping experience.
