Before I subscribed to Car Pro; my wife and I went to Audi North Houston on the referral of a friend. We dealt with Hannah Belk in Sales. Hannah made the whole buying experience different than anything I'd experienced before! By the time we left we had not only purchased the new S4 we were shopping for.... but had purchased a new Q5 for me! I can not say enough nice things about Hannah Belk - except, just go see for yourself. The SERVICE at the dealership is awesome, Samantha takes care of all our auto needs when we get our cars PMd. First time I've ever remembered a Service Advisor's name... and I've been buying cars for over 40 years.

The CarPro buying experience is all about how you are treated. It makes a HUGE difference. This was my third experience as a CarPro customer (different brands/dealers) - twice for me and once for my husband. We have always been treated very well. I contrast this with my brief visit to a nonCarPro dealership last weekend just to test drive a car and the experience was full of pressure and push. Tiffany at North Houston Audi essentially spent the day with me - I had a long test drive, I looked at a couple of cars to choose colors and took a car off the showroom floor. She helped me work with finance and really oriented me to the car prior to leaving the dealership. It was a very personalized experience and Tiffany made me feel comfortable throughout the experience (again!). I know I can call her with questions at any time. Thanks so much Jerry!!

Just wanted to let you know about our great experience with Audi North Houston. We began searching for an Audi Q5 in August. We drove one near us, and decided on the features we wanted. Then, I got on your website and emailed a couple of your Audi dealers. Tiffany Bishop with Audi North Houston responded very quickly to our email, and also called me. Our son plays college football, so we are out of town every weekend in the Fall, and would not be able to drive to Houston to purchase a car. So, Tiffany worked very smoothly and efficiently with our situation. She let us know that at that time in the model year-end of Audi that we probably would not be able to find a 2012 Q5 with the features we wanted, and ordering a 2013 would probably be best for us. That was great for us, because that gave us more time to sell my vehicle. So, Tiffany began the proce ss of ordering a 2013 for us and gave us the "Car Pro" discount (all through email and phone). We received our Q5 the first week of December, and Tiffany even drove the vehicle to the Austin area to meet us. Also want to let you know that I followed your suggestion, and had the dealership process the loan application the weekend before Labor Day (an end of month and holiday weekend) as you suggested on your show to receive the best financing deal. We were able to get a great rate and loan term. Thanks for your helpful hints, and we would like to publicly say "Thanks" to Tiffany for the great sales experience we received.

Thanks for your informative radio show, since I could not get any reasonable response from my local / current Audi dealer I used your Email lead and went to Audi North Houston. The manager and staff treated me / us well. We arrived at a deal very quickly and agreed to pickup and pay for the car a few days later. When I went back the paperwork was ready, the deal remained and all was well handled. My sales agent /contact was Kayla Kelley and the Sales Manager also participated, including when she was not available.
I rate the experience at ten out of ten.

This is not about a buying experience but service after-the-fact. I purchased my used 2010 Audi Q5 through Sewell Infinity Houston via Sewlkl Subaru Dallas and it was a great experience. I have had the car serviced three times since last July and Audi North (Houston) has done a wonderful job with normal service intervals plus a small collision repair done by their collison gruop. All services of high quality and I would highly recommend them to any Houston Area potential Audi car buyer that Audi North should be your first and last stop.
