My wife Maurine decided it was SUV time again after 3 Great years in her Passatt form VW of the Woodlands. She was looking at the Atlas, Lexus and Cadillac XT5. Then she looked at the MKX loved the car. I got her hooked up at Bayway with Barbie & Steve Dutton helped us to find her car. She had been looking at the Diamond Sapphire but went for the Iced Cappuccino with the light interior. The car is a dream and she can not be any happier. This is the second time we used a Car Pro Certified Dealer and would have no other way. I always recommend this experience to my friends. This time was a bit different as we were interested in a Subaru Outback, Honda CR-V and a Lincoln MKC. I wasn't sure if I should print a certificate from each dealer so I called them and explained my plans. Every dealer was very understanding and gave me the name of a sales associate I should ask for when I arrived. Five Stars to Manny Maraghi at Gillman Subaru, Heath Dixon and Justino at John Eagle Honda and of course to Barbie Watkins and Ron Wilson at Bayway Lincoln. After listening to your show for many years and the recommendations you have made to your listeners, I narrowed my choices to the Outback, CR-V and MKC. To some, probably a strange selection, but Hey! it's me. After test driving each vehicle and excellent descriptions of each ones innovations, safety and capabilities by these 5 Star sales reps, we couldn't have made a bad decision. Each handled very well, smooth ride and excellent options.Pam, the first half, I'm the other half, said she had already decided, but the decision was mine to make. So, figuring we're in our "early 60's", maybe a little Luxury would be acceptable. The Lincoln MKC was my choice and as it was explained to me latter that "evening" WE made the right decision. A tip of the Hat to the Car Pro Experience, Bayway Lincoln, Barbie Watkins, Joe Hyde, Keith Brown and the gentleman every car sales consultant should exemplify Ron E. Wilson. Bayway Lincoln is truly exceptional. We live 90 miles from the dealership, and because we had decided what we wanted in a new Lincoln Navigator, I contacted James Marion and described what we wanted in the vehicle. James located one that met our criteria and we negotiated the entire deal over the phone. (The Carpro pricing beat the Ford corporate pricing I was eligible for.) James had the vehicle shipped in, keeping me fully apprised of timing and any issues as they arose. After some quick problem solving on his part, we set a time to pick up the vehicle, and Ron Wilson in Sales came all the way out to pick me up at home in order to make things easier. Ron then finalized the deal, which didn't take long as most of the paperwork had been prepared ahead of time.

Bayway's experienced and knowledgeable Finance Manager had anticipated my needs for the closing, and we signed all of the needed documents in only a few minutes, unlike the hours it takes at most dealerships to close. After that, Ron gave me a run-through on the vehicle, and I hit the road.

Everyone I met at Bayway, even casually, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Because James and I conducted all of our business over the phone, Chelsea, the receptionist, quickly learned who I was and was able to connect me to the people I need to speak with immediately. The focus on customer service at Bayway was phenomenal. It is no surprise that they are a regular recipient of awards from Lincoln. Thanks, Jerry, for steering me their way!

I want to thank you for your program and recommendations! You are correct about Bayway Lincoln! They are great! I helped my cousin, Brenda Robinson, buy a car this week. Bayway Lincoln offered the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. They were very hospitable, and Joe Hyde and Sultan Burris were fantastic! The sale was made that night, Thursday, March 19th. The next day, the sealants were added, then, Sultan delivered the car to Baytown, which is around 25 miles away. I feel they gave us a very good deal and were very considerate. They went over and above!

I recently purchased a new 2012 MKZ Hybrid from Bayway for my wife. Jamie Sausser was the rep that assisted us. Eventhough the dealership was across town from us in Houston, it was one of the easiest car purchases to make. From making contact on Friday and then purchasing on Saturday, Jamie and Bayway made it a great experience. Using your name and the cert, made them take notice and provide excellent service. When we took our CarPro VIP card into Bayway Lincoln, we were not even sure what vehicle we actually wanted. Josh Wischnewsky, General Sales Manager, met us and introduced us to Ron Wilson, who became our salesman. Thankfully Ron had tremendous patience as we sat in and drove three different models. There was no pressure when we told them that we wanted to wait until we returned from vacation to make any decision. By the time we got back, the 2013 MKT had arrived with new suspension and a test drive made us reevaluate our choices and ask to test drive all the vehicles again. We asked for the Car Pro price on the MKT and they gave us a price - no haggle and it didn't expire when we walked out the door. We also looked at Inifiniti J35, Acura MDX, and Buick Enclave. We came back to the Lincoln for features, ride and the dealership (not to mention the great new Kodiak brown exterior and Hazelnut leather). The other dealerships were close to us (as is Bayway), but were not Car Pro dealers. Our color and options selection was not located after a nationwide search, so Bayway ordered the vehicle and still honored the Car Pro pricing. When the car came in, we walked out with a special order 2013 model below invoice. We were never pressured or hassled. The delivery was great and the follow up has been fantastic. We have bought cars before through our credit union, but nothing was this simple, this honest and this pressure free. Thanks Josh, Ron and the entire crew at Bayway and thanks Car Pro!
