Great buying experience again! B.J. was great in helping us through the whole process. He was so good ... after we finished up on the first RAV4. We decided to buy a second one. Tommy Chu fixed us up on all the details of the vehicles and Brandon and Blake in finance were great! I cant say enough about B.J. and how helpful he was. Hello Jerry,

Yesterday was my second time to use your Car Pro process for buying a car. Printed the VIP certificate for Freeman Toyota and went to their store on Wednesday. My wife and I were treated with the utmost professionalism and respect. Our saleman was/is Matt Tiemann and he is a real gentleman. We are both in our 70's and couldn't have been more happy with him and the finance manager, Davin Tsan, as well.

We decided to lease a 2018 Camry SE. Upon being introduced to Matt, we were escorted upstairs to a private office well away from the hussle and bustle below. I was quite impressed with that gesture because other buyers were at desks/tables in the showroom bullpen.

As first time leasees, everything was thoroughly explained to us. We were given a tour of the facility including the service dept, parts dept, waiting areas, etc. Matt gave us a tour of the car and its various functions and ammenities.

All in all I wanted to thank you and your team, especially Matt and Davin, for a pleasant, no-hassle experience.

I had a great experience today at Freeman Toyota. Sam did a great job identifying the right RAV4 for me in my price range, and gave me a great price on the vehicle. They also gave me a very reasonable value towards my trade in(In fact, Sam even told me that my initial estimate I put together on Kelly Blue Book was a little underestimated. This shows honesty). The process went very smooth, and I didn't get that "feeling" that you can sometimes get from a car dealership where you feel like you are haggling forever and you're getting taken. The price was fair, and the service was absolutely fantastic. They put up with a bunch of my stupid questions and answered them with detailed answers that made sense to me. Before we talked to you, we went to Haas Toyota in Tomball,TX and were quoted an out the door price of 52k. That was insane. B.J. assigned me to work with his Sales Society Platinum salesman Ken Laird. Ken was so thorough and professional through the whole buying process I just can't thank him enough. I sent a message through your preferred dealer network on Wed. afternoon September 24th to Freeman Toyota. Within about five minutes I received a call from B.J. (Sales manager) to discuss what I was looking for, a 2015 Limited Highlander in silver. B.J. told me they had it in stock. We set up an appointment to see it Thursday morning. After looking at car and agreeing to swap out running boards (we didn't want) for options we wanted, we settled on a price. Went on Friday to pick up car and everything was done as we wanted and ready to go. Pleasant experience.
The only drawback was the number of people we had to talk to before delivery was completed, such as customer service. I would recommend Freemen Toyota and BJ!

My wife has been looking for a new Prius for a few months and has been getting the run around from the dealers we have shopped at. The other Saturday morning I covered the office at work and listened to The Car Pro Show and then checked on the web site for where to go. I am the proud owner of a new 2012 Camry LE after a visit to Freeman Toyota last Saturday, leaving behind a '96 Camry and a '99 Rav4. I had promised my nephew a memorable experience. However, after speaking with you, I took a chance and reached out to Gary Hopper from Freeman who is the person I bought last Highlander from in 2010. Gary went to work and made me a good deal with a good value for my trade. I did the majority of our work on-line and when I went to the dealership all I had to do was approve of the vehicle and assure the numbers were right. As a result, I upgraded to a similar 2012 Highlander with some newer features I didn't have before. Freeman is a great dealership and Gary, now for the second time, made my deal effortless. This was, by far, the best car buying experience we have ever had. We worked with David McClanahan, who was able to find the Toyota Highlander equipped exactly as we wanted and also allow us the trade-in value we were looking for on our 2012 Honda Pilot. The sales process was very professional and amazingly efficient. (Interestingly, we were not pressured into buying something we didn't actually want). When all said and done, our monthly payment ended up $16 a month less than we expected.

Jerry, I now understand why you say that Freeman is the only Toyota dealership you put your name on (in DFW). They are an absolute class organization from top to bottom and David McClanahan was just awesome.

I emailed you in July about my FJ Cruiser search. You recommended BJ Stankovich at Freeman Toyota to me. Well, I picked up my FJ Cruiser Saturday and have been all smiles since. BJ was awesome. I went to 4 other dealerships as well as Freeman and no one was better. It seemed like a lot of other dealerships were only concerned with what I had on the papers I brought with me everywhere, what everyone else was offering me, and how other deals probably had "hidden prices" they would tack me with later. BJ was the only one who asked me what I wanted, found it for me, and showed me exactly what was in the cost and did not ask a single thing about other places I had been or what I was offered. No other place could get the basic FJ I wanted for the price BJ gave me, and no one was comfortable to be around like he was. After finding the deal my main concern was my trade in. I got different numbers everywhere, BJ still beat them out and offered what I thought was extremely fair price. Overall he was great, his personality made him comfortable to be around, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I know there is some trip to Fiji or something for Freeman employees who sell the most Camrys so send people his way because he definitely deserves it.

Thank you for sending me to Gary Hopper at Freeman Toyota. He is an old
Midland boy himself.
I wanted a 2012 Toyota Tacoma Access cab in Black which he located in
the five state area. He was able to install the leather interior before
I made the trip from Midland.

Freeman said they would give me $12500 for my 2008 Ranger with 22K miles
on it sight unseen but maybe more when I got there. I followed one of
your lessons and stopped by Carmax on my way to Freeman. They offered me
$12000 so Freeman was already ahead. When Freeman did appraise my Ranger
they gave me $13000, so I used that to pay tax, tittle and license and
first lease payment, so Freeman will be sending me a check for $10000. I
also got a tax credit trading in a purchase on a lease which I did not
know about.

So Gary Hopper was great to work with, the process take about one hour
and you get a jar of jalapeno jelly so what can be better than that.

Here's what I want your listeners and newsletter folks to know.....

I was so thrilled and inspired to learn that many college students decided to spend their spring break helping tornado survivors in Indiana, Kentucky and other states recently hit with severe weather. It reminded me of my trip to Joplin last summer with my family. It was a trip made possible with your help and especially the help of Dane Minor and his wonderful team at Freeman Toyota. While planning the trip with my family, extended family and friends decided they wanted to help too and many brought donations and supplies to help the people of Joplin. While I appreciated their generosity I realized my car could not possibly get all that stuff to Missouri. As soon as I told you about my problem you assured me you could take care of it.....and you did. You called your friends at Freeman and they stepped up in a big way and made sure I had a vehicle to get the family and supplies to Joplin.

It was a trip of a lifetime, a real life changing experience for myself, my husband and especially our two kids. With your help and the help of Dane and the folks at Freeman we were able to help others.

My wife and I took your advice and made an appointment with Darell Shaffer of Freeman Toyota in Hurst. He was honest and upfront about everything.
I can honestly say that it was the easiest car deal we have ever made! We arrived around 3:45 PM and drove off the lot in our 2012 FJ Cruiser around 6:30 PM! We received top dollar for our trade and enjoyed the entire process.
We will definitely seek out Darell/Freeman Toyota when we are ready to purchase another vehicle and refer our friends and family to Darell for future car purchases!

Jerry, I was listening to the show last Saturday and heard Dane Minor at Freeman Toyota mention a 2012 Tundra priced in the 23K range. Thinking this sounded too good to be true, I went to their web site and a week later I own that Tundra!
They gave me a good deal on my 2004 Tundra on a trade. We also turned in my wife's lease car and got a great 3 year lease on a Rav4.
Kudos to Tony Curtis in sales and Denise Roland in finance, and the rest of the staff at Freeman. They were all wonderful!

Thank you so much, I think you undersell your relationship with your sponsor partners. Per your advice, I contacted Gary Hopper of Freeman Toyota and he set me up with David McClanahan. I have been married 46 years and have bought and sold 92 cars, until yesterday and today. In that time we have never had as smooth or pleasant car buying experience, as we had at Freeman.

It was a straight forward deal with honest answers and never once did I feel that I was being pressured or manipulated. Thursday we took a 2009 Camry hybrid and traded it for a 2012 Camry hybrid XLE.
