This was my second Car Pro experience, and once again, I was not disappointed. Manny Maraghi was congenial, professional, and extremely accommodating. I had checked the Gillman inventory on their website for the Subaru Outback with the trim and color that we desired, and was afraid that we'd have to compromise. But with a few keystrokes Manny found exactly what we were looking for, fresh off the truck (the plastic wrapping hadn't even been removed yet!). It was a a no muss, no fuss experience - the way car buying SHOULD be. No pressure at all, and complete transparency. The only sales job was from the finance manager, who of course wanted us to pop for the full extended warranty package. But all in all, I'd give this a 5 star experience - a great vehicle, with 0% financing to boot! A great way to end the year/start the new one.

Both cars were ready for a test drive. The price was lower than expected and I received a better offer on my trade in than another Car Pro dealer offered. Our experience has been amazing. After a discussion we had, Manny had a vehicle ready for us when we arrived at the dealership, he greeted us immediately. We were very impressed how professional yet personal Manny was with us.
This was our daughters first brand new vehicle. Manny made everything seem so effortless. We were very impressed how versatile he was as well as extremely thorough explaining every part of the Subaru Crosstrek to our daughter.
Another interesting aspect of our experience was when I was looking for something to drink, Manny quickly asked what I wanted, the dealership didn't offer what I requested and to my surprise Manny excused himself for a moment and returned with my soda and placed it on the desk. I offered to pay him and he said "oh no". This was the easiest and quickest car purchase I have ever had!

Manny Marghu was a pleasure to deal with. He took great care of us. We had to replace my wife's car unexpectedly due to Hurricane Harvey and the lease deal for Subaru Forrester and Outback we heard about on Car Pro turned out to be just the ticket. We have never leased a vehicle before and I have been highly suspicious of vehicle leases until I listened to you several times over the years explaining the situations where a lease might make sense...and for us this time it did. My wife drove both of the vehicles offered in the promotion and asked if she could drive another model that caught her attention that was not included in the promotion. The point is that they did the lease deal on the car that wasn't part of the lease promotion that was discussed on your show. The hardest part of the whole process was for my wife to decide which color she wanted. Manny spent a great deal of time explaining everything about the car to my wife and made a genuine offer to explain it all again any time she needed or wanted help with something or if she had more questions. All of the folks we met were friendly and helpful. Also, that was the least amount of time I have ever spent on the paperwork at a dealership.

This is the second time I've used your VIP process. This time for Gillman Subaru Southwest, Manny Maraghi called me no more 15 min after I submitted the request. He was very accommodating and had the 2018 Subaru Forester 2.0XT Premium I'd seen online ready for us to test drive. Manny has a great personality and knowledge answering all questions. He assisted with setup of my phone to the on board computer and a quick rundown of features. All in all a very pleasant experience.

I recently took delivery of a 2017 Outback Limited 3.6R. This was my first Car Pro buying experience and it was remarkable for how comfortable it was. Loved the dealership. Every interaction so far has been as positive as you could hope for at a dealership.

The first trip out was just to test drive. The sales lady was experienced (10+ years selling Subarus), friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Since we were narrowing down our options and were considering purchasing for my wife, myself, or both; we test drove several very different vehicles. Usually, salesmen take this as an indication that you aren't serious and aren't worth their time. I never got that feeling. Never felt pressured or like I was an inconvenience.

Went home to do my last bit of research on loans, trim levels, and pricing and we decided it was time to replace both vehicles and settled on Impreza and WRX. I printed out quotes through USAA's car buying service to use then remembered the Car Pro saying the certified dealers would usually beat USAA and other car buying services. Went to the site and printed out a Car Pro Certificate.

We went in the second time on the 31st of December, the busiest car buying day of the year. Sat down with the internet sales guy (who happened to be the husband of our original sales lady). Since we were dealing with two trade-ins and two car purchases, I expected the worst. Ended up ordering a car for the wife since there were no manual Impreza's to be had anywhere., I took an in-stock car for myself, and traded in my vehicle. It was easily the fastest and most painless purchase I've ever experienced. We spec'ed out my wife's car. he wrote down a price, I checked against the car buying quote, and it was less by a fair amount. He pulled up the in-stock vehicle for my car, wrote down a price, and it was also quite a bit less. I didn't even haggle. The trade in value was less than I had hoped, but they came up to within my ballpark. Again, the Car Pro was right. The trade-in values on the various websites are all over the place and not accurate.

The trip through the business office was quick and painless, too. No high pressure offers for extended warranties or add on junk. Just sign here, sign here, sign here, and a friendly handshake.

It actually took longer for them to do a final detail of the car and top off the tank than it did to test drive and purchase a vehicle, order a vehicle, and perform a trade-in.

Thank you Car Pro! Between feeling more knowledgeable going in thanks to your show and the amazing car buying experience, I'm in your debt. Hats off to Gilman as well for an amazing experience.

Will add another review when we do the wife's trade-in and take delivery of the wife's new car.

I must say this was the best experience I have ever had when trying to purchase a vehicle. Wally and Romeo at Gillman Subaru Southwest made the whole experience feel like I always wanted to be treated, and also my daughter was very impressed. She was very nervous and did not know what to expect, but in the end, Wally treated like his own daughter making sure she was well taken care of. Wally let her take the car home, gave her a full tank of gas, and quarters so she would not have to wait for change on the road home.
