Do you believe in divine intervention? You will after this story! While driving to the grocery store on Saturday afternoon I turned on WTAM in Cleveland and happened to listen to your program for the first time. Since our current 3 year lease was terminating in June, my interest in your program was peeked. When I got home, I immediately went to carprousa.com to peruse the site. Seeing that Klaben Ford in Kent, Ohio was one of your certified dealerships, my husband and I decided to go to the dealership on Monday to look at the new Ford F-150. While talking to the salesman, Paul Hardy (who was terrific!) I mentioned that I had heard on the radio as well as your website that Klaben was a Car Pro Dealership. Like magic, and within minutes, Rich Klaben, the owner, was at our table discussing our situation and became personally involved in the entire transaction of finalizing the lease of our truck.
