WOW, this is going to take a minute. I have been researching the Jeep Cherokee since my Wife and I drove one at the Cleveland Auto Show earlier in the year. We finally pulled the trigger and contacted Klaben Jeep in Kent, Ohio. We were promptly contacted by Don Jacobs on the Sales Staff there. He was polite and cheerful and asked a lot of questions, Never once did he try to pin us down to a payment, or price range. He just wanted to know what we were looking for in a nice Cherokee. We did have a pretty specific set of options for the Jeep we wanted, and I emailed him the list, right down to the color and trim. He did manage to find one, but it was 200 miles away. It was the exact car we had been looking for, and the price he offered us, if we wanted them to pursue the availability, was only one hundred and forty dollars away from the very best price we were hoping for. On a forty thousand dollar car, that was tight. I did not argue or complain. But the Wife didn't want someone else driving "her car" the first 200 miles. So we decided on ordering a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited. Don promised to keep the price the same on his end, except for any price increase from the factory, and we feel that was fair enough. We know it will be a few months before we see the car, since Jeep won't start 2016 production on the Cherokee line until July 20th, but it's worth it. No hassle buying experience, and we made some new friends. I'll let you know how the delivery goes when it happens, but I think we'll do well. Thanks to the Car Pro....
