My wife and I offer the highest marks of excellence to those who greeted us and helped us at Lexus of Clear Lake. That was the best automobile buying experience that we have ever had. It begins with CarPro.
Miss Lyza was the first to greet us by telephone when I placed that call. She courteously asked that I speak with Fred Forshey, the gentleman who is selected by Lexus of Clear Lake to represent the dealership and CarPro.
We have never been treated so nicely. Fred spend nearly 5 hours with us. He is caring and patient. He listens.He is not sitting there sizing up folks but helping them to obtain what is requested.
He introduced us to Edgar Padilla, their Finance Director. Not a bit of pressure from him, either. Just spent some time with him, made some additional purchases that suited us, finalized the sales event with a check. It was done with the exception being the delivery of the RX350 Sport and the learning phase. All of that is easy and Fred helped us with it before we departed with our new vehicle the same day that we arrived to purchase.
Towards the end, Fred told us that Miss Lyza wanted to meet us. What a sweet, caring lady she is! We each shared something personal with each other and we sincerely appreciate that she was forthcoming with her story. We call it a God thing.
We will return to Clear Lake of Lexus. We highly recommend Clear Lake of Lexus. We reside in Cypress, Tx.
Regarding Jerry Reynolds and CarPro, he is a great sounding board for callers and inquirers. The newsletter that is published weekly is informative, concise and to the point. Great information is that weekly.

I listen to your radio talk show almost every Saturday. Recently, I was looking for Lexus so I went to your website to find certify dealer which I foind (Lexus of Clear Lake at Houston area). I talked with Frederick Forshey, one of sales representative. I expressed my interest to Mr. Forshey in buying Lexus ES 350 or Lexus RX350. Mr. Forshey was so nice, he give me all information I was looking for. I didn't know having CarPro Certificate, he offered me additional discount on the vehicle on top of Lexus rebates. Of course, I am not ready to buy any of the vehicle because I need to sell my car first but Mr. Forshey was so nice, he said, if I trade-in, I will get trade-in value but if I sell private party, it's up to me. Anyway, even though I haven't purchase their vehicle, I want to express my appreciation to you and your certified dealers on how much they care for their customers. I know, yo always says at your show that you select top of line dealers to be your Certified Dealers list. Our car leasing experience with Fred Forshey was awesome! It started with our sending an email to Jerry Reynolds to ask a question about car leasing. Within a short period of time not only did Jerry Reynolds respond, but we also had an email from Fred answering our question.

With patience and kindness, Fred diligently worked with us over two days to complete our car leasing experience. We were uncertain as to whether we wanted an ES 350 or a RX 350, and Fred generously helped us through the decision making process. And then he worked hard to help us get the lease payment to where we wanted it to be.

Everyone at Lexus of Clear Lake were great to work with, and it all started with Fred and his attention to customer satisfaction.

We would recommend Lexus of Clear Lake and Fred Forshey to anyone who is wanting to buy or lease a Lexus.

I must say that this experience with Lexus of Clear Lake (LCL) on 2/14/18 was exceptional. It began with Fred Forshey's response by email to my request through the final purchase on 2/15/18. He addressed my detailed request. It turned out to be a good Valentine's Day for me.

Fred was easy to work with. He understood what we wanted and worked with us to get it. I have dealt with other Car Pro dealers and have not had the same experience. Everyone we came in contact with at LCL was friendly and personable. Even the financing part with Corey was a good experience. Go figure!

I would recommend Lexus of Clear Lake to anyone in the market for another car whether they want a Lexus or not.

This was not my first experience in purchasing a new vehicle through a Car Pro Dealer, but it was certainly my best! From initial contact via email through the delivery and drive-out, I could not have asked for a more pleasant car buying experience. Fred Forshey (who was my primary contact throughout the process) did an amazing job from beginning to end. I would say that Fred is not really focused on the car sales business but more importantly in the "people pleasing" business! He did a fantastic job of communicating throughout the process, better than I have ever experienced! Deana Ismajli (Sales Director) performed some incredible feat of magic in locating and securing the exact car I was looking for and saved me the delay of having to order the car from the factory (which I was hoping to avoid). Finally, Lyza Postell (General Manager) was a complete delight meeting as she was committed to ensuring that we were totally pleased with our experience.
In summary, I would say my dealings with Lexus of Clear Lake embodies the true spirit of the Car Pro Dealer philosophy of not only providing an outstanding car buying experience, but making it a real joy, and dare I say, FUN!

My wife and I went to a Lexus dealer that was not a recommended CarPro dealer in Houston and were uncomfortable with the high pressure salesman that was assigned to us. The salesman actually lost his temper because we were not happy with the trade in he offered us. We left that dealership and remembered listening to the CarPro program on KTRH every Saturday.
We looked up the recommended Lexus dealer in Houston and drove South to Clearlake Lexus. We talked to the General Manager, who was very nice and she transferred us to Fred Forshey, the CarPro salesperson at Clearlake. When we walked in, we were expecting another high pressure experience similar to our previous salesperson. Boy, were we wrong. Fred was so nice and made us feel comfortable from the start. Fred Forshey is probably the nicest person we have ever dealt with when buying a car. The CarPro discount along with a great trade in put the previous dealer to shame. My wife are both accountants, she is a CPA and we never felt that we were being taken advantage of and bought the exact car, a LX-570, and drove away sold on dealing with a CarPro dealership and salesperson.
Fred Forshey is very well assigned and perfectly fitted to represent CarPro. I highly recommend Fred to anyone looking at Lexus.

Sent a email to this Dealer on Friday morning 12/29/17, before they opened got an email back from Fred Forshey about 9.30 am I was in his office about 230pm. Walked out with a new RX350, got a pymt I could live with, 3 year lease, Fred & the team @ Clear Lake Lexus are the real deal. Meet the general manager she came & spoke to me really felt welcome, Cory in finance got me in & out December to remember. Also like to thank you Jerry & your trusty side kick for your show. We went to this dealership because of the CarPro recommendation and were surprised with a great car purchase experience. Melissa answered all of our questions and concerns during and AFTER the sale. There was a small rock chip on the windshield of the car we bought and Melissa said would be fixed. She coordinated the service dept and had the windshield replaced. This is the first time I have had a car dealer promise something then followed through and exceeded that spoken expectation.
