My husband and I listen to you radio show every Sat. morning on KFBK 650, Sacramento. I decided I wanted a new car, my Chrysler 300M is 15 years old. Yesterday we drew up a plan on what dealers to see as we didn't really know what kind of car to get. The Avalon and Chrysler 200 were on the top of the list. We started at Livermore Toyota. We were greeted by Chris Skog whom we liked instantly. We looked at and drove the Avalon, told him I wanted to look at the Chrysler before I made up my mind. We got back to the dealership and he had someone bring up a Chrysler from the used car lot, smart move. We never left the dealership ended up buying the Avalon Limited. We told him we were listeners of your show, he then introduced us to Paul, we were given the car-pro treatment. It got to be past lunch so Chris bought us lunch, they have a small lunch cafe.
This has to be the nicest experience we have ever had buying a new car, including the financial person, Rod & Chante the lady who showed us how all the Apps etc. worked.
I can't say enough about how great this dealership is and how much we liked Chris, he never put one bit of pressure on us. My Husband has now become a believer that what you say is true.
