I bought a 2016 Subaru Outback from Sewell Subaru. I talked with Michael Sparr concerning pricing, features on the car and our trade in value. He was very courteous and prompt in answering our questions. I drove to the dealership to test drive the Outback. Michael Sparr was not in that day so Julian Rojas helped me. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the Outback. He never pressured me to buy. He just presented their offer and let me decide. Julian rushed the paperwork through and stayed an hour past their closing time so I could drive home in my new car. We will be telling all our friends and family about the excellent service we received from Michael Sparr, Julian Rojas and Sewell Subaru.

After an insulting and dreadful experience this past Friday, Apr 26, at Subaru of Plano that ended with a manager yelling an offer to us in the parking lot $1600 higher than what they refused to give us before my wife and I decided to leave, i came to your website to find a Subaru dealer you might recommend in the area.
On your recommendation, we contacted Sewell Subaru through your website. Within a half hour we were contacted by email and phone by their general manager Doug Veling and sales manager Eric Underdahl respectively. My wife and I went to Sewell Subaru the next day and with the help of Mr Underdahl and sales associate Michael Sparr we purchased a new 2014 Forester. Mr Sparr was very friendly, helpful, and professional and quite knowledgeable about the vehicle we bought. To say we had an enjoyable experience at Sewell Subaru is an understatement. Without any haggling, we received a deal better than the previous day, with courtesy and respect as well.
My wife and I highly recommend Sewell Subaru and thank-you for pointing us in their direction.

Just wanted to say THANK YOU!. My wife and I went out yesterday to look at Outback's. We went to a local dealer first to test drive an Outback and to see what they were asking for the one that had everything we wanted included in the package for that car. They were nice and provided us fairly good information and we drove a car to make sure we liked the feel of driving one/of how it handled on the road and the smoothness of the ride, etc... We then drove to Sewell Subaru and met with Doug Veling. We liked him from the beginning and spent most of the afternoon at his dealership and by that afternoon, drove away in a new Outback. This was by no doubt, the easiest and best experience we have ever had in buying a car. Everyone Doug had working with us, knew more about the Outback then anyone else we met at either the car show or the other Subaru dealership. We met with Doug and a sales associate, Michael Sparr and were extremely pleased with their knowledge and the way they worked with us to make this purchase satisfactory for all of us. The price was far better then we were quoted from another dealer and their handling of the trade in of our truck was very fair/satisfactory and nonstressful. Michael especially helped us in choosing a color that we really liked but had originally discounted because we thought it would absorb too much heat during the summer, due to being a dark color. Michael was able to show us that the true temperature difference was not a bigger factor. He had a lot of other great suggestions and took a lot of time explaining how the different functions worked in the car, like the GPS, the bluetoothsystem, etc.. and how to connect our phones, iPods, etc...and everything else we needed to know about the car. We never felt rushed or pressured about anything and we were treated with nothing but respect and consideration. How refreshing a change from most places of businesses one deals with nowadays!

All I can say is that we will definitely recommend to our friends to contact you before buying a car and we will also definitely recommend Doug and Sewell. In fact we liked it so much that even though it is considerably farther away then a couple of other dealers,near us, we plan on taking it back to them for service.

Again,we can not thank you enough or say enough good things about this experience. Will definitely contact you again when we want our next new car.

Dear Jerry,
I'm not sure if my last e-mail made it to you or not, but I wanted to make sure you knew what a great experience we had at Sewell Subaru on Dec.23!
Doug Veling met us when we got there, and was very friendly. He referred us to a young salesman, Stephen Yeargan, who was very thorough and went the extra mile to make sure we knew all about the Forester. We took advantage of their state-of-the-art customer lounge and had some Dove hot chocolate and snacks. Lynn Heath, financial manager, made the paperwork a breeze to complete! We were able to get 0% interest for 3 years. We drove our Forester home that evening, and we have loved driving it all last week!
Thank you so much for referring us to such a nice dealership! It was a very enjoyable experience! This is the second car we have bought through you, and I would hate to go back to the old way of purchasing a car!
