Hey Jerry, Elizabeth Campise here. Joseph and I just returned from Wiesner. We met with Jarvis Chachere who assisted us while we looked at the Denali. I knew it was going to be difficult to compare any vehicle to the Cadillac EXT that Joseph loved and enjoyed. Well Kiddo, the Denali had some excellent features and Jarvis was gracious and professional. Not only that but he pronounced our last name correctly! We then met Ed in finance who was also extremely nice and accommodating. He got us through the paperwork in a flash. We then met Greg in charge of the staff that installs bed covers, also great to deal with. As we were leaving we met Paul Williams. Summarily, we have a 2018 Sierra Denali that will have a bed cover; we dealt with nice staff who were enthusiastic, professional and showed genuine concerns about meeting our requests. We were in the market for a used pickup truck and after searching the used vehicles on the Car Pro website, we filled out the form for three dealers and printed out our certificates. I originally had my heart set on a Buick Enclave or if I couldn't swing that, a Chevy Traverse. My husband & I first visited Wiesner Buick in Conroe. I had emailed and printed a certificate (as I also had done for Classic Chevrolet). When we arrived I found out that General Motors didn't have keyless entry (keypad on the door); that was a deal-breaker for me. I had no idea that Ford had a patent on it. Randy, the Wiesner salesman, was very gracious when I told him I had to go to Ford. I knew Lone Star Ford was endorsed by the Car Pro Show, so we drove there without emailing or printing out a certificate. We were greeted very cordially and were told not to worry about the certificate. Everyone was so nice and the whole process was stress-free. I'm thrilled with my Ford Explorer, even though it was my 3rd choice, and the price I paid was right in the ballpark. Many thanks go to those who made the whole process a great experience.

Jerry, I had contacted you last week for your suggestion about a Hyundai for my daughter. You directed me to Terry Hatfield at Wiesner. After speaking with Terry, he suggested we consider the Buick Encore. He had Mason Webster, in sales contact me in a matter of minutes and after talking with him, we decided to make the drive from Katy to Conroe this past Saturday. We were greeted by our Sales Representative, Mason Webster. He was WONDERFUL with my daughter, Allie. She is 18, has been driving a 1998 Toyota Avalon for over a year that runs pretty good, is missing an outside door handle, has 196k miles and could really use a paint job. Mason treated her as his CUSTOMER which was fantastic! She drove the 2014 Buick Encore; Pearl White, Ebony Interior, Loaded to the max with features! She fell in love with this SUV! Mason made her part of this process, took time with her, worked with us on pricing, explained in detail the process, answered all of our questions, etc..... Needless to say, we bought the Encore. She is absolutely thrilled! This vehicle is absolutely perfect for her. Thanks for the referral. The entire process was far different than my dealings with dealerships in the past. Allie and I can't say enough good things about Mason, Ed in Finance and our overall experience! Thanks again. We are very satisfied customers!


We purchased a Buick enclave on may 24 at wiesner in Conroe, Texas. I had a particular color combination in mind and they worked very hard to make that happen within our budget. After locating a car, agreeing on a price we found out the car had been sold while we were making the deal. They searched further and found another one, but we couldn't agree on price. Ultimately, we were able to come to an agreement on an Enclave that was in stock, beautifully appointed, within budget with more than we could have asked for. The GM Terry Luker set us up with Vince for the test drive and sale and he was awesome! After agreeing on a price, and signing all the papers, Vince delivered the car perfectly cleaned and showed us each and every detail of the navigation and electronics on the vehicle. He was very patient, kind and knew the vehicle very well.

The only negative experience was the long wait to get the paperwork ready and the vehicle cleaned. We arrived at the dealership qt 1:45 and left around 8 pm. Of course we spent a great deal of time choosing they vehicle, but we had an agreement by 4:30 and didn't drive out until almost 8pm, and that was after Vince spent almost an hour teaching us about the car and setting up the important items such as navigation, blue tooth and on star.

We feel like we got a fair deal on the price of the vehicle.

I would highly recommend Wiesner of Conroe and Vince to your car pro listeners.

The purchase experience was excellent. I took the truck in for a complimentary oil change the other day and was told that there was a 2 to 3 hour wait in the express line. I had called 45 minutes earlier to find out if I needed an appointment and was told that I could just come on in. I drove 30 miles for this. I called later to complain and was told that they were sorry but they get busy sometime. They offered to make an appointment but I would be out of town until after the complimentary coupon would expire and they did not offer to extend the expiration date until next month. I will not return to this dealer for service.

Scott, I am sorry something simple like an oil change soured an otherwise great experience at Wiesner. I wanted to take a moment to express a sincere thank you for the outstanding referral that I received from you, Jerry.
As I said in my first email to you, we love the show and trusted your direction in our search for a new vehicle. Our trust was well founded as; as soon as I entered the Wiesner showroom, I was directed to Terry Luker, the Sales Manager and Ron Hoisington. These gentlemen showed vast knowledge in their product line as well as a genuine concern as to my needs and helped narrow my once broad search down to the Buick Lacrosse. A beautiful automobile, by the way!
The General Manager, Terry Hatfield had been on a conference call when I had arrived but, he took time from his busy day to actually sit down and spend time with me. I have never felt as comfortable in an automobile dealer in my life! Terry, Terry and Ron were great to work with and I have told some of my friends and neighbors that the drive to Conroe is the hardest part of a deal at Wiesner Buick!
The story however, doesnt end there. Once the decision has been made and you head into the Finance office, that part is usually an overwhelming procedure, I was pleasantly surprised by the way I was treated by Amy Poole, the Finance Manager. She walked me through the mountain of paperwork, answering my questions and I have to say, she is an asset to the organization.

Overall, my Customer Service and Satisfaction rating is a 10+!
Mr. Wiesner should be very proud of his staff at this facility and you, Jerry, should be equally as proud for of the service that you are providing to the buying public.

Thank you so much for assisting me with the purchase of my 2012 Enclave [from Wiesner]. Joy and Forrest were wonderful to work with. Joy worked out the deal over the phone and Forrest assisted me with car selection. I came by around 2 pm, picked up car and brought to my wife. She agreed on color and drove back to Wiesner. I was in and out in under 2 hours.

It would have been faster, however make ready wanted to take their time detailing Enclave. This I appreciate.

You may recall during our conversation this morning, I had purchased a truck thru Classic in November. Your dealership beat their time. Haha!

Hello Jerry,
I recently decided to purchase a new automobile and decided it would be a Buick Lacrosse. I first visited a dealer near my home, but got the typical sales-pitch; not what I wanted for my trade-in but after two or three sessions with the Manager, the Salesman stated they would beat any other offer by $500.

I then decided to go to your website and I went direct to the Buick dealer, Wiesner, that you recommended. Terry Hatfield immediately responded to my inquiry and I was at Wiesner the next day. The Salesman, Kenny King, Terry assigned to handle my transaction was probably the nicest auto salesman I have encountered in my purchasing of 20 new automobiles over a period of 51 years. He showed me all the Lacrosses on their lot, appraised my trade-in, and gave me a drive-out price in about one hour and the price beat the offer from the other dealer by $1500. Needless to say, I did not give the other dealer a chance to beat the price by $500.
This purchase was one of my most enjoyable car buying experience and I thank you for leading me to Wiesner. The only negative is that the dealer is 33 miles and about 45 minutes from my home; but I have resolved that it is well worth that inconvience - just as you have stated on your radio show.
