After getting my VIP pass, I was promptly contacted by Adam Helwig and discussed my situtation, then setup an appointment to visit the Dealership. Upon arrival, Adam greeted me and introduced me to Michael Gauer. MIchael reviewed Available vehicles from two different Manufactures that had features I was interested in. Michael had a Subaru brought to the Chevy Dealer and allowed me to test drive both the Subaru and the Chevy. After the Test drives, Michael reviewed the features of both vehicles with me, so I could determine the best value for my needs. Michael was also very helpful in getting all the available incentives and points I was eligible for. I can see why Michael was the Employee of the Month.

Outstanding is the word I can use. Casey Dungan was wonderful. She went out of her way and made my purchase easy. While I was not able to me with Tom Florie as he was so busy taking care of other customers my experience was outstanding. I would give them a rating higher than "5"

Because I have bought and sold cars to Tom in the past, I submitted on the website, but also texted Tom to let him know I sent it. He got back to me right away, as he always does, and we started working through the details on a lease of a new Trailblazer. I picked up soon after. Tom approached me as I entered the dealership and we did the paperwork very quickly and I was on my way to leave town for vacation. Fast and painless process.
