System works treated like a king

We tried shopping in our area (Houston) and we weren't having any success so we decided to try Freeman Mazda. Lance gave me a call probably within the hour and after a quick conversation about a CX-3, he had some numbers for me. We agreed to drive up and purchase the next morning. We arrived before opening and saw a White 3 that didn't show in inventory and was EXACTLY what we were looking for to begin with. Lance and the guys didn't mind running those numbers and 10 minutes later we had a deal. Thank you Lance for making our experience so very pleasant.

Dealership was aware of CARPRO VIP pass before arrival. Very professional - knew their product and did not try to pressure sale their car. Overall a very pleasant experience and they will get my business if we decide to buy a Mazda. Will continue to use CARPRO recommended dealerships if this dealership is an example.

It was during the Covid shortages, but Freeman did not take unfair advantage of me. They had on the lot what I was looking for. The salesman was very well informed on his product.

My experience with Freeman Mazda was, as always with the CarPro VIP program, very pleasant! I had all the help I needed from Randle at the dealership with none of the hassle. I was offered a very fair deal, but as it turned out, mostly because of the distance to the dealership from my home, I did not purchase the vehicle in Irving.

We got the "bug" late on Black Friday and just sent off an email to Freeman Mazda to see what might be available. Lance Wilson replied very quickly to my email, and called to discuss options. We are 2 hours away from Dallas, so it was important to know that there was something I wanted on hand. Lance showed me 2 cars on line and we made a date for the next day. When we arrived, Lance was waiting for us and greeted us at the door. It was very much reminiscent of the 3 Bears. We test drove the CX5 I thought I wanted and found it to be too fancy; beautiful red and loaded. I plan to pull a small boat with it and felt that I couldn't keep it nice. The other CX5 we drove had the lower package and did not have the seat controls that I wanted. As I vacillated between models, Lance said he had one that had just come off the truck, and it was a middle package that they did not get often. He went to the garage and brought out a dark blue CX5 with a little less tech, (and some white tape still in place) but some added comfort perks. We drove it and it fit just right! I already had a quote for my current Mazda3 from givemethevin.com and they met that for my trade without any qualms and we purchased the new CX5 for sticker price and very little interest. We were at the dealership about 4 hours total, mostly because I like a lot of driving and inspecting, but all the staff were friendly and efficient. Thanks to Lance and also Martin Ramon for a great job. I am getting used to the blue color but it is a great ride and will pull my little boat happily.

We weren't set on a make/model yet, but I was introducing my son to his first new car buying experience, and Jesse and Clayton Roberson delivered a consummate Car Pro VIP experience - very friendly, relaxed and efficient test drive, financing check, etc. My son ended up preferring a different make/model, including a not so great traditional experience at a non-Car Pro dealer, (Van Hyundai) and he now appreciates the difference. Ultimately, he ended up buying a Santa Cruz from Clay Cooley Hyundai in Mesquite (based on availability), but that too was a good experience. Perhaps not completely Car Pro-like, but they were negotiable and worked hard to get him a finance rate through Hyundai Motor Credit that was a more than pleasant surprise. Thank you for the service and information you provide on the weekly show and email. I'll of course engage you again next time I'm in the market. Sincerely, Mark

Disappointed. Received one v/m from someone else at the dealership. Never got a VIP email either. When I checked the online inventory it showed nothing available under $32,000. We ended up leasing from a dealer much closer to us. Assuming the rating scale is unsatisfactory to happy I rate it the lowest.

All ways Love the Freeman Dealerships, this was a special situation where I helping a lady buy her sister a $5000 car. They are helping me find something for the sister. Steven was very helpful, answered all our questions about the CX-5. Super flexible about allowing us to test drive the vehicle for a half day. The CX-5 was awesome, but we chose another vehicle that met our needs a little better.

Went in about 2 weeks ago to test drive a Mazda 3. Met with sales associate Adam. Not only was he knowledgeable about the product, but with the culture and philosophy of Mazda. Came back to purchase vehicle a few weeks later. Gave Adam a call to set up appointment, he mentioned he would be on vacation, but would have someone else to assist me. Bryon (pronounced Bryan), assisted me with the sales process. Worked with me to get my payments where I wanted them. Very good experience for sure.
