Sandee Quintanilla at Genesis of Irving was great. My daughter wanted a very specific trim and exterior/interior color and she found it. Thaddeus Green handled the paperwork flawlessly. Even with the evaluation of her trade and that it was pouring down, we were at the dealership less than 1.5 hours.

Put a $1,000.00 deposit down on a GV80 with a Prestige Package. My wife saw the SUV and said, "MINE!" We are patiently waiting to hear back from Sandee or the dealership when she finds the silver color we ordered. Thanks for you help. Bob and Yvonne

This is the second vehicle (Lexus was first) leased this year through your program. Sandee was great by providing all the information I needed to make a decision. I did the entire transaction by text. I never went to the dealer and Sandee delivered the car to my home. Great experience no pressure and thanks again to Sandee!!

Sandee was GREAT throughout. I live in Austin (3 1/2 hours away from the dealership). Sandee called me and very patiently answered all my questions and got the deal together - including (via email photos, etc.) a great price for my trade in! When I traveled to Irving to pick up my new G70 it was clean, and waiting for me to drive it around (just to be sure). Finance was great, too (thanks, Rodney!)! All around EXCEPTIONAL experience!

Very easy transaction - while most dealers were charging $10K market adjustment, Genesis of Irving did not. Sandee and MO were very easy to work with. We were out of the lot in less than 1.5 hrs - including the test drive. Very professional, low pressure, a pleasure to deal with.

Sandee Provided Outstanding Customer Service!<br>I was in the car business for years in sales and finance, and I'm probably a lot harder to please than the average customer.<br>Sandee and Genesis of Erving Exceeded even my very high expectations! I use to go overboard for my customers, and I feel that Genesis of Irving has finally provided me with the same level of service I use to provide to all of my customers!<br>The 2021 G70 was a College Graduation Present for my Daughter and they rolled out the Red Carpet for her with a Delivery on the Showroom Floor, topped off with a Baylor Green Bow on the Hood.<br>The car was detailed to the highest levels!<br>Everyone in the Dealership from the GM, to the Finance Director, right down to other salesman were all friendly and worked together as a team.<br>A special shout out to Larry, (saleman) who jumped in assisted my daughter in updating the Navigation system. Show me a dealer today where a saleman who is not part of a deal will jump in and to assist another salesperson customer? Doesn't happen...<br>I drove 315mi from San Antonio to Erving for the Carpro Experience and will drive that far again for this level of service!<br>BTW...Yes, there's a Genesis Dealer in San Antonio but it's NOT Carpro Certified. And Jerry should NEVER certify any Genesis Dealer like Genesis of San Antonio who adds an additional $2,200 for what we use to call in the business "Croke and Choke"...which is basically paint and fabric protector that cost the dealer $20 bucks to apply.<br>If you want the MOST car for the money? Go with a Genesis, and this is coming from the owner of a Mercedes S Class...<br>If you want to purchase that Genesis from the BEST Genesis Carpro Dealer Jerry has?<br>IT'S GENESIS OF IRVING PERIOD!<br><br>Mike and Pam Taylor<br><br><br><br><br>
