I live in CA and was unable to find the new car I wanted locally. I then contacted via your process Curtis Priddy at Hooks Lincoln in TX knowing they would ship a car to me. Jeff Payne contacted me within minutes. Jeff found "the car" in Colorado and suggested I contact the dealership directly because it would not make sense for him to have the car shipped to TX and then sell and ship to me. The Colorado dealership was unable to sell a car from CO to CA. So I texted Jeff to let him know. Before I could blink, Bob Garb from Hooks contacted me to let me know there was one in San Diego, CA and he gave me a personal contact of his there. The San Diego car was not the exact match. So I contact Jeff again, he found my car in AZ and again suggested I contact them directly. Jeff and the staff at Hooks were so willing to assist me without being able to really sell me the car. They were kind, professional, and found my car for me. I wish I could have purchased it from Hooks, if were not for Jeff I would not have found my car. I cannot thank Jeff enough for his assistance, without him I would not have found the car. I'm now driving my new car. I was also very fortunate that the dealership in AZ was very easy to work with. I learned from you show what the car buying experience should be and I knew it when I saw it. Today I sold my old car to Give Me The VIN. Thank you Jerry for all your wonderful advice and contacts.

The dealership was wonderful, the only complaint I have is their selection was very small. We did end up purchasing a Lincoln Nautilus from Planet Lincoln in Dallas. This was such an easy transaction and they had a great selection and their pricing was awesome, better than any of the other dealerships we visited or contacted.

What a great experience with this dealer and our CarPro Robert Smith. We were incredibly pleased with the deal on my wife’s new 2023 Lincoln Nautius, and this was perhaps the shortest amount of time we have ever spent in a dealer completing a transaction. Robert was an absolute pleasure to work with and is a credit to his profession. The CarPro VIP system is the real deal.

From the first email via the CarProUSA Dealer referral to the walk out the door to my new Corsair, this dealership's automotive buying experience was amazingly easy and stress-free. As a single female shopping by myself for an automobile, working with someone who makes you feel comfortable is very important. My Sales Experience Coordinator was Ryan and his knowledge of the Lincoln features helped me both before the purchase (during my test drive) and after (sending me a YouTube video link for extra help.) The Hooks dealership is part of Lincoln's effortless sales and services program, which made my car buying straightforward and uncomplicated. Not having to sit in a finance manager's office or be badgered to buy extras that I did not need or want made the paperwork process go so smoothly that I was in and out in no time at all, with a new vehicle that I absolutely love!

Didn't have to present the VIP Pass because Robert was waiting for us at the front door with the 2 cars we had discussed on the phone. The only problem We encountered was deciding what to buy. With NO pressure, at Our instance, we purchased a much higher trim level then the 2 we had talked about. This is a dealership I will look forward to dealing with again.

This was the finest car buying experience that I have had in 50 years of purchasing cars. Normally when I leave a dealership after purchasing a car I have a feeling that even if they gave me the car that somehow I was being cheated but not this time. From the time that I entered the dealership I was treated like I was a member of their family and everyone from the receptionist to the person who performed the dealer prep were absolutely wonderful. As I was departing, Kip Hooks, the original owners grandson, came out and introduced himself and personally thanked me for purchasing my 2020 Lincoln Continental from them. This is an absolutely wonderful dealership that was well worth me driving 149 miles from my home to do business with.

Purchase process was pleasant and smooth. Patient and helpful when hospitalization of my wife delayed my completion and possession. To that point it was a 5. Unfortunately, instruction/familiarization of technology and features was poor especially for a first time Lincoln owner. Also, being 50 miles away made it impractical for me to drop by for help after I had the vehicle. Generally, when I posed questions I was given a link to a video. For service, pickup and return worked fine but there was no contact from service personnel, either in general or about a point or 2 I had raised. The result is I now go nearby for service. Also, I would not again purchase from afar with the notion I would have any ongoing contact. Ps. I asked about Curtis Shipley but never saw him.

Worked with Ryan Salt and ordered 2022 Black Label Grand Touring hybrid. Ordered 26 Feb and was delivered 18 May. Ryan said it could take up to 4 months so it was early. Ryan and the Lincoln web kept us updated. I was able to get a an offer from Carbingo and Ryan’s offer was a thousand less but the tax savings was about $2100 so we came out ahead. My thanks to everyone who helped get this vehicle including The Carpro, carbingo, and Ryan Salt. We got the vehicle at MSRP with $1000 off for ordering and $750 for Ford loyalty. I believe this was a great price for a hybrid under present conditions.
