Park Place Mercedes was amazing. Frequent communication before visiting. They had a fix something in the car before I could take delivery. It took longer than expected so they bought my lunch! Will definitely be going back.

We have purchased 4 Mercedes from this dealership. This is first time We did not receive appreciation by offering something from gift shop. Each purchase was more expensive than last.

With my CarPro VIP Priority Pass, Brandon of Park Place Mercedes-Benz Fort Worth immediately responded to my request and proceeded with an inventory search. However, I was able to independently find the ideal color combination and option package from another source. Given that the vehicle I purchased had only 150 original miles and the price was excellent, it was a deal too good to pass. As soon as I made the alternative purchase I informed Brandon and he was absolutely gracious in his response. Should I have not "lucked out" elsewhere, I definitely would have purchased through Brandon.
