Dealing with Audi North Houston was a pleasure from start to finish. GM Chris Childs got right back to me and I set up an appointment with Jon Figueroa who had the Q7s I was interested in lined up out front so I could see them all and took me on a test drive where he explained all the features and answered my questions. This was the nicest car buying experience I've ever had. Working with Jon was a pleasure and both the sales manager and general manager got involved in the process to ensure a superb CarPro experience.

I had a great experience over several weeks with both Audi North Houston and its sister Sewell dealership next door Infiniti North Houston. Though I started out looking at pre-owned Audis and other vehicles there for my daughter, I ended up leasing a new Infiniti QX 50 and she couldn't be happier. The Sewell team in north Houston seamlessly worked together cross dealerships and went more than the extra mile to listen to my ever-changing guidance. With each deviation of my daughter's mind they were quick to recommend new options and we ended up with a vehicle and terms that were perfect for both of us. And the most amazing part? My daughter is in the Austin area, I'm in far southwest Houston and neither of us set foot in either dealership during the entire transaction. They were more than fair with me on our trade-in and picked it up and delivered the new QX 50 to me on time for my delivery to her. They even offered to take it to her themselves. This makes my third Sewell purchase so I wasn't surprised by their customer service but I know the CarPro experience was the icing on the cake this time as they all acknowledged their appreciation for listeners of the show. Special acknowledgments to Albert, Jack, Darrel and Austin for all their help. Looking forward to purchase number four!

Representative called 5 minutes after I contacted CarPro and was very professional and helpful. Dealership turned out to be twice as far from my home as sister dealership so I chose to do business with the sister dealership.

Pricing discussion was odd. When I asked what discounts they had, they said, Costco, $1250. After visiting other CarPro dealers where they told me the CarPro pricing up front (and it was significant - 1 was manufactures price and the other manufacturer +500) I called back the next day and asked what the CarPro pricing was. At that point they said $2,000. They were also running an end of month special which I was told ran from 3% to 5% 0ff list. I'm certain I spoke too soon because I never asked why the range and I bought a loaded Q5 prestige. I got $5,000 off including the 2,000 and the 1250 and I'm betting the 1250 is split with Costco. Financing rate was good. To Lester's credit I told him I didn't want to deal with Finance up-selling. Instead he offered 3 of their packages which I rejected but didn't have to deal with the other dozen or so in Finance. Beyond the very odd pricing discussion, the transaction was fine. My wife loves the car with comfort for her bad back and hips exactly what she wanted. They very nearly lost the deal over the pricing. They would have if my wife didn't like the car as much as she did.

The general manager contacted me before the appointment with David and introduced himself when I arrived. Both were very welcoming and I felt little pressure during the whole process. Everything was explained fully with little back and forth negotiations. I feel I was given a fair price and look forward to being a part of the Sewell family.

Both people were easy to work with BUT they did not give me their price at the git go. They came off the 36 month 15K miles by $125 per month as I was driving to another dealership to lease a 2020 MDX Tech Package. The other dealership played ball with me without all the games.

Unfortunately I was not able to connect with Justin due to missing each other's calls. I showed up on Saturday and was instead helped by Matthew who was not the "Carpro Guy". Matthew was friendly and I test drove a couple of vehicles but did not receive any Carpro pricing. Simply the MSRP with a $1000 Audi loyalty buyer discount which I would get at any Audi dealer. Felt like I wasted my Saturday afternoon.

This was an outstanding experience. We were looking for an 2wd A4 with the Premium Plus trim package in a specific color combination. Premium Plus 2wd vehicles are not very plentiful. They were able to find exactly what we were looking for in Fort Worth. They had the vehicle transported to Houston. The bumper was scuffed during transport and they repaired it properly prior to delivering the car to us. Pricing was very competitive with no haggling. We completed the paperwork quickly and received a thorough lesson on all of the car's features. The entire experience couldn't have been better.
