You can not order a vehicle. You have to use their financing (not Kia). They required you purchase a dealer add on package and that was better than dealer mark up, because you got something for your money. I know this isn’t a normal market, but have decided to see if I can get 200,000 more miles from our car. I am not going to pay $ 60,000 for a car that is not what I want. I believe Austin was as helpful as he could be given his constraints.

The difference in how Austin dealt with me as a Car Pro VIP vs. another dealer, was almost like night and day. First he sent me a message, and then we spoke on the phone. Then he checked back with 2 more emails to make sure I was satisfied so far, as I wasn't quite ready to decide for a couple days, but then I called Friday, checking to make sure they still had the car I'd called about, and they did, so I went there, tested it, had my trade appraised, then thought about it overnight. Next Saturday, after just a few texts, I was on my way over there to buy it. Austin continued being very professional, for a young man, and all went smoothly, though the finance man went too fast, and did not pay attention to anything about what I wanted with the financing. I have the new KIA Sportage, and was given a rather thorough walk through of the features and computerized parts of the car by Austin. I've had it for a week and a half and all's well.

I approached two CarPro dealers about vehicles as I sought a used Charger for my son and a new Kia Stinger for myself. Austin and the staff at Gay Kia were friendly, professional, no hassle and treated me with dignity, ensuring my buying experience there for the new Stinger was positive, was without negatives, and resulted in my satisfaction with the process. I commend Austin as well as the finance manager for their excellent, respectful customer service. I'm very pleased with how the buying experience went and with my new Stinger.

Austin and his staff were fantastic in helping my daughter get into her first brand new vehicle. The KIA Soul that she settled on was one of the many in stock that Gay had to choose from. Overall great experience and just a real fun afternoon and seeing the excitement and thrill on my daughters face was a bonus. She paid cash for the vehicle with her own hard earned money, and I witnessed Austin and Gay, bending over backwards to help her out on the final drive out price. My daughter buying her first car, with minimal assistance from Dad and Mom, was very rewarding to watch.

I cannot say how much of a great experience it was to purchase a 2020 Telluride from Gay Family Kia. Austin was very quick to respond to my inquiry, and even took the steps to gather information prior to my arrival in order to expedite the process. His detailed knowledge of the vehicle and trim packages made it easy to select the perfect vehicle for me and my family. The finance manager was very thorough as well. She reviewed my mileage and took that into consideration when recommending extended warranty packages. I felt a great peace of mind about my payments and extended warranty after speaking with her. The icing on the cake would have to be that Austin also delivered my vehicle to me. I made an hour and a half long trip out to Dickinson because of CarPro's recommendation and they did not disappoint.

Dylan was a very good salesman. He helped us figure out what we would like. The problem was that what we liked didn't fit our current budget, therefore we decided to wait a few years then look again. Dylan did everything humanly possible to make it work for us but it just was not to be at this time. We would certainly go back to him again when our situation changes.

I received a phone call from Austin within 5mins of filling out the survey. I talked to him about a lease for my elderly father and he was willing to give me the numbers over the phone which saved an hour plus drive to the dealership. I really really appreciate his honesty, openness and keeping us in mind in the future. I would recommend this dealership to anybody.

Austin called me back within two minutes of my posting to say the car that was listed was, indeed available. It had everything I wanted and we finished the purchase over the phone and thru texts. Austin was very informative, polite, and knowledgeable. I pick up the car on Thursday. My only negative is they do not deliver and don't have e-signing set up. The agency is a four-hour drive and the flight I booked is $250.00. If anyone else could have assured me a car within the next two months, I would have purchased from them if they were closer or delivered. With that said, I am very happy to be getting the car I wanted, and Austin was excellent to work with.

Great buying experiences with the CarPro program with straightforward pricing information. Austin was very quick to respond with questions and helpful information. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach a deal. I had hopes that we would since we listen to your show each week, and some of my family has had good success. We bought the same vehicle at another dealer in Rosenberg, without the add-on package that was listed on the vehicle at the Gay dealership. We did not want the add-ons! Disappointed in the experience, but happy with the outcome at Rosenberg.

Austin was extremely informative and not "pressuring" in any way. I actually met him 9/8/20 at the dealership. He went over my questions and added additional info. that was very helpful for me to get an idea about the Telluride. I anticipate purchasing a Telluride SX, FWD, Everlasting Silver Telluride with Butterscotch interior. Now it is a matter of time to wait for the vehicle to arrive. They are very "in demand" so not sure how long it will be before one comes in. I could not have been more pleased with Austin's attentiveness and effort to have me be a much more informed consumer.

The car was almost ready when we arrived, waited a few minutes for tags to be installed on the car, we test drove the car. It was quick. They gave me a price to lease a Telluride which was over 200% because they didn't have the base model on the ad and that was it. We left- quick and easy.

Dylan was very helpful in assisting my wife and I in our consideration of purchasing a new Telluride. They had just received the new shipment in that morning and we took a test drive. We explained that we were also considering the Hyundai Pallisade and would be driving it the next day. Dylan was very patient and answered all of our questions, but the dealership did not have the exact car that my wife was looking for (color, seats, etc) and that they did not have any enroute that matched her requirements. To get what she wanted, they would have had to special order the vehicle. But he got us a trade value for her 2014 Honda Odyssey to use in our comparison with the Pallisade. We parted ways on a very friendly basis. Dylan represented the dealership in a very professional manner.

My 2014 Kia Soul + had over 83,000 miles and was beginning to experience some issues so I dropped it off for service at my local Kia dealership. It had served me well and, most importantly, physically fit me better than anything else I could find in its class. I purchased it 50 miles from my home at Cowboy Kia in Conroe, Texas, a CarPro dealership at the time. I received a pleasing deal on the car and was pleasantly surprised with the way I was treated. It left a lasting impression, and I told everyone I knew about my CarPro experience.<br><br>While at my local dealership (which is not a CarPro dealer) I looked at new Souls and was presented with an impressive deal on a 2019 Soul +. Remembering my CarPro experience I felt compelled to recapture it and sought out my current CarPro Kia dealership. I didn't think twice about travelling the 30 miles to Gay Kia in Dickinson, Texas. <br><br>About three days before the end of the month I registered on the CarPro site. I received a call from Dylan at Gay Kia within a minute of hitting the Enter button on my keyboard. I asked him if I needed to set an appointment to come in and explained that I wouldn't be able to until the weekend, after months end. Dylan immediately asked why I couldn't come in sooner, making me feel uncomfortable. <br><br>I managed to visit Dylan at Gay Kia late on the last day of the month. He was very pleasant and easy to talk with. I explained what I was looking for. After some time with his Manager, he presented an offer which wasn't that impressive. It consisted of unnamed figures written with a highlighter on a blank page. This seemed unprofessional to me giving the impression of attempting to hide and confuse information, not to make things clear. Upon further discussion it became apparent the deal included items added by the dealership and I was required to delete them if I didn't want them. He indicated this was the CarPro discount and was the best he could do. This proved to be wrong.<br><br>I showed him the better offer I got from my local dealership and, after a time, he produced a final offer closer to that one. I thanked him for his time and for not mentioning the end of the month urgency. In this final offer though, the separate line items did not add up to the final price. It seemed that there were aspects of the deal that weren't apparent until I noticed and asked about it. I had to call Dylan back and ask for clarification. Even then, it wasn't clear.<br> <br>Altogether this left me feeling uneasy about dealing with Gay Kia and I ended up purchasing from my local Kia dealership.

Austin reached out to me and I was able to schedule a test drive to my convenience. He had the Telluride ready when I arrived and within minutes I was on the road test driving the car. I asked ahead if I could take it alone and that was also arranged without any issues. The test drive confirmed it’s the type of vehicle I want to purchase. I didn’t like the colors they had on the lot. I asked to see the inventory that would be arriving. I then asked for him to place me on his list to call when certain colors and models arrive. I felt in control the entire time and there was never pressure to purchase that day. Austin was very is knowledgeable and friendly. I’m hopeful that I will get a call in the next few weeks.

The dealership seemed like they could care less about the VIP Priority Pass. The salesman wasn't sure what it was and I had trouble getting anyone to acknowledge it. I asked for a straight forward deal without the shell games and hidden addons. That didn't happen. They tried to play numerous price games, with hidden fees, and refused to give me a itemization of the addon costs. They tried to roll them up into one add on price. Regardless, I had my cost breakdowns and knew the fair target price which I finally got them to agree on. Totally unlike my positive experience when I bought my last two Fords at Tomball Ford with Jorge Lopez. Buying this Kia for my handicap sister-in-law was a bit more trouble getting to a price.

I can't say enough good things about Austin!! He was super helpful and answered any and every question I threw at him. Even when I asked him the same question multiple times. I was interested in seeing the new Telluride from Kia and Austin was most helpful in having one ready for me to drive and view. I will probably order the top of the line SUV but will not make any decisions for a couple of more months. Great experience regardless.
I was interested in seeing the new Telluride from Kia and Austin was most helpful in having one ready for me to drive and view. I will probably order the top of the line SUV but will not make any decisions for a couple of more months. Great

We contacted Dylan at Gay Family Kia and he contacted me back the next morning. He gave me a quote before going to dealer ship. We went for test drive, and he even cut our interest rate with Kia financing.<br>
