Michael Grubbs was personable and very helpful. The finance manager Tanner did not return my signed copies even by requested email, I had to drive in to obtain them. John Kay was very helpful in recovering a document. Could have been a better VIP experience but I was satisfied.

The internet manager Frank did a great job getting us a fair deal on a vehicle we saw on their website. Also met with John the Car Pro contact. Turns out he went to the same high school as my wife. Just quite a coincidence.

I was in the Business for over 20 years. These guys made it totally painless. Mike Grubbs was great. I drove from San Antonio to Houston on Saturday and spent less than 1 hour completing the Transaction. Mike the GSM was great as well.

I was quickly contacted by Heath Williamson of Humble Hyundai after requesting the VIP Pass. His boss called first. Heath bent over backward to get me access to test drive both the Santa Fe and the Genesis GV70. He even took me to another dealer in Spring in order to drive the GV70! It was worthwhile for me but not to Humble Hyundai. I ended up going with a BMW. But I did so as an informed buyer thanks to Heath. Looking to buy a Hyundai or Genesis? Call Humble Hyundai.

I did purchase the car, but I did pay more then I wanted to, with all the “extra” items that were added to the sales price, but not advertised, like Nitrogen Filled tires, Auto Butler, etc. That I didn’t need or want. I do realize though it’s a strange time in Auto Sales rights now, so all in all, I’m happy with my purchase experience, given the circumstances.

Upon obtaining our VIP pass, we received an email from Karl Krell, General Manager, which was copied to his sales managers. When we arrived, we were ushered into the office of Karl Krell, the General Manager. Holding a Car Pro USA VIP pass really gets you VIP service. <br><br>We test drove a Hyundai Kona but did not purchase here through no fault of the wonderful staff. <br><br>We visited three dealers before we purchased, and at each were treated like royalty. I would highly recommend getting a Car Pro USA VIP pass before looking for a vehicle. Not only are you well cared for by the top of the sales staff, you are provided with the lowest price possible with no haggling.

I live in San Antonio, I set the whole deal up over the phone and drove to Houston to pick up my vehicle. I had a trade in and that was also handled over the phone. The transaction was quick and easy. I spent 23 years selling cars and can tell you that this was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle.I used the Car Pro Service and have recommended it to everyone that has told me that they are in the market. I listen every Saturday and enjoy the show.

Very good experience. It greatly helped reducing the aggravation searching for a car. The dealer rep was upfront saying there was a $3k Market Rate Adjustment ( might be for add-ons?) instead of hiding it. I heard a advertisement on your show last week from another dealer offering a $2000 discount on same car and say they do not add on the $3k. They are much farther away from me but I am considering may be worth the drive. Disappointing but worth checking. NOTE this form does not recognize north freeway hyundai?

We had a horrible experience with Humble Hyundia. I honestly do not think they should be part of the CarPro program. John Kay has the internet sales manager handle the CarPro customers. We ordered a Palisade Calligraphy that was to arrive in 1 1/2 months. The arrival date came and went. Messages to our sales person were not returned and we were finally told that the car was damaged in transit and did not arrive. We expanded our color options but were told we have to start over again; we were put at the end of the waiting line. I called several times asking to speak with John Kay; each time a different sales person was given a message to call me. After three months of this we decided to reevaluate what we wanted and Humble Hyundia said they would return our deposit. That took well over a month with repeated promises that "it was in the mail". I placed several more calls asking to speak with John to no avail. Each time some new person was given the message to call me and I had to go through the whole story each time. I finally was transferred to someone at the front desk that said the check was never mailed. Communication from start to finish was very poor; no updates and I was told to text but days would go by with no response. I understand this is a hard to get vehicle and they have more customers than cars but its a frustrating place to do business with. No accountability, a poorly run dealership and a listed CarPro contact (John Kay) hiding under his desk. I would like to speak to Jerry and pass on more details if needed (512-217-0891). Next we started the whole process over; choosing a Honda Passport from First Texas. Aaron Garcia our sales person was fabulous and First Texas is a first class operation. John Kay should visit First Texas and see how it's done but I don't think he cares enough to find out. I would rate a "0" if that was a rating.

Was looking for 2 Hyundai Elantra's for my college kids. Humble Hyundai wanted $7500 markup and $2000 dealer add but the carpro deal was $2000 markup with no dealer add. That's a non starter for me. We have purchased 2 cars through carpro and had great experiences with both. We are currently in San Antonio and have a meetings set for tomorrow. We get that cars are in short supply but I'm not doing business with a dealer with those kinds of markups.....ever. I never heard from your contact John Kay but another salesperson. He told me the car I was interested in was not available. Texted me back that he had a blue one. I told him I only wanted a white one as previously discussed. Have not heard back. I know these are crazy times for car sales but I don't think I will hear back from them. Sorry for the review.

My VIP experience lasted 43 seconds, when a random salesman (not Karl) called to tell me they did not have the car I wanted. He did not offer to order one, or reserve one that’s on order, just told me to call back in a month. I’m still looking for the car, but I don’t know if I will buy from Humble or not.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a Hyundai Palisade. Other dealerships were not willing to negotiate on the add-ons and premiums applied to this high-demand vehicle. Within moments of submitting an inquiry via the CarPro website, Humble Hyundai's GM, Karl Krell, sent an immediate note informing us that the vehicle and trim package we wanted was available and put us in contact with the sales manager who gave us the clear drive out cost for the vehicle we wanted. We made a deal over the phone and within a couple of hours of arriving at the dealership, drove away in our new Hyundai.

Robert was super friendly and did a no haggle deal with me for being a Car Pro referral. He did not push any vehicle on me and I almost left empty handed because they did not have what I wanted. Just happened to see something on his screen and asked him about it. He explained and I asked him to give me an offer. He went to the manager and came back with all the extras off and gave me an offer that I liked. Thank you for the easy car buying experience!

On the way to the dealership, we called Karl, the CarProUSA certified dealer rep. He was not at the dealership that day. He called his boss Brett, and Brett assigned Julian to assist us. The CarPro Priority Pass was presented as soon as we met Julian and he told us that Brett had given him instructions about dealing with us. We were impressed and pleased with the way Humble Hyundai fulfilled their part of the CarPro USA agreement. We would definitely recommend this dealership, these individuals and CarPro to our friends and relatives.

I sent Karl Krell at Humble Hyundai an email describing the exact Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy that I wanted. Within a few hours he found the vehicle locally and had it ready the next day. Took my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe in and within an hour I drove off in my new, beautiful Palisade...exactly the vehicle I wanted. Great service, competent, & friendly. They even gave me a veteran discount and thanked me for my service! This was the very best car buying experience ever. Thank you Jerry for the CarProUSA experience of a lifetime. The only reason I did not purchase from them was that it was 30 miles from my home. I am getting to be at an age where distance traveled is a main priority. Houston is known for a lot of congestion and I did not want to travel through that much congestion
