We went to test drive a Mercedes SL to compare to a Porsche Cayman (no CarPro Porsche dealership in Houston) and it went well. A young lady assisted us and did the test drive. All went well and Mercedes has followed up a couple of times by text, but we are going with Porsche so no more interaction from us. Young lady and dealership did great.

I would not hesitate to recommend Mercedes-Benz West Houston. Jerry walked me through the two models I was interested in; and found me a vehicle that not only fit my driving needs but also my budget. The vehicle is in transit- so it has not been purchased yet (hopeful within a week- before Christmas). So far- Jacob at Sewell-Mercedes Benz of West Houston has been a pleasure to work with. Before giving a final blessing, lets see how the closing and delivery goes. We are just waiting on the vehicle- no papers signed yet - We have verbal agreement to move forward. I have purchased a number of vehicles in my life, and this was the smoothest and simplest experience ever. I initially was contacted by another Sales representative shortly after completing my VIP information, but once at the dealer this sales rep was involved with other customers and Samantha took over and provided an excellent experience. This was not a good experience and I'm a Sewell fan. I made an appointment and the Car Pro I made an appointment with was not even at the dealership on that day. I received no communication about this. Someone who was free showed me a car but did not appear to be familiar with the Car Pro. Very disappointing.

Steven was very helpful. The day my wife and I came to the dealership Steven was not available, but he referred us to Ian Smith. We met with Ian and then he referred us to David Roy. David was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. We purchased a car that day and was very impressed as to how smooth everything went. We were not actually planning to purchase a car that day, but the car my wife wanted was on the showroom and available. No pressure to buy, just professional service. Never spoke to Steve who your email said was my contact. I was contacted by one person and then Geoff. Geoff is pretty new to the dealership. I am familiar with this Seawell dealership as I bought my 2020 GLE 450 from them in 2019. Geoff has been helpful, but with the inventory situation what’s coming to the dealership that is not already claimed is scarce. We are looking at ordering a vehicle with a Frb 2022 ETA. I’m not sure using your CarPro service made any difference. Price is still sticker and sales manager pawned me off to a Jr. Sales person.

Hit all the marks, as expected. I test drove the car that I saw in their inventory. Liked it, but black interior was a deal breaker. After reviewing the inventory and not finding what I wanted, Frank got on the internet, found it in Georgia and said he'd have it by Monday (it was Friday). Done deal. It wasn't until I started to walk out and then talked to the sales manager that I was given a reasonable amount for my vehicle that I was trading in. It was a ML Mercedes 2012 with less than 41,000 miles and they were only offering me $13,500 because of some scratches. I knew that they could sell the vehicle for $20,000 to $22,000. There should not have been such a low ball offer.
It wasn't until I started to walk out and then talked to the sales manager that I was given a reasonable amount for my vehicle that I was trading in. It was a ML Mercedes 2012 with less than 41,000 miles and they were only offering me $13,500

Dealer had to locate, and trade for, a version of GLE-350 that met the color and option requirements that suited my wife. They did find one at another Mercedes in the Houston area and had it prepared in good time. I did have to negotiate a higher value for the 2015 ML-350 we traded-in. That car cost over $50K when new, had 57K miles and was in almost new condition except for a chip in the windshield. I feel that offering only $15K for that car was low and indicated extreme depreciation for that car. This is the reason for a 4 star review.They did end up offering $16K <br>This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased using the CarPro system and the first time we did not have a 5 star experience. I find that disappointing for a Sewell dealership.

The dealer was friendly, helpful and the experience was very pleasant. I was allowed to keep a loaner model similar to the one being considered for purchase overnight which was helpful in making my decision. I plan to take advantage of the 'education clinics' this dealer offers because my new GLC 300 is a huge rolling computer with technology I'm not familiar with!

We test drove the 2020 GLE 450 at another dealership before we test drove the 400 & 450 at Mercedes Benz of West Houston. Price was the same, but went with Sewell based on being a Car Pro Certified Dealer & Sewell reputation. We were treated well with no pressure and helpful information was provided so we could make an informed decision on our purchase. Best car buying experience we have every had.
