Dan was very diligent in getting me information on a particular Telluride, which was hard to get. I opted to wait till the 2022 vehicles come out in the next few months before I purchase a car. Dan was understanding and said he will touch base with me when they arrive.

Although I was trading in my truck that had negative equity, Mr. Lyon worked diligently to get us a good deal. Explanations were many, but the end did satisfy the means.

Talked with Dan Lyon and he took us on a brief test drive. The driver's outside mirror would not electrically return to driving position, so we cut the drive short (I know, the one thing you say never to do), but I (in the front passenger seat, Dan behind me) could tell the vehicle was solid - gave it a pretty good checking over, both before we left and after we got back to the dealership. My wife really enjoyed driving it (coming out of a 2008 HHR) despite the brevity of the test. The RR tail light lens had to be replaced (condensation inside) and the aformentioned outside mirror had to be replaced after getting painted. Supposed to pick it up Thurs., 26th or Friday, the 27th. I heard nothing so emailed Dan Thurs. PM; he said unfortunately it will be Mon. 3/30. So we'll see.
Ended up picking it up today, 3/31. Both issues had been fixed and the SUV looked great. Handled the paperwork and Steven ended up getting me a lower interest rate by appealing the previous rate to the finance provider (Capital One) which I had financed with before. Drove it home and am very happy with it. An interesting side note - Dan was the finance manager at the Parkway Chevy dealership when we bought my wife's HHR new. I told him I bet not many guys in the business can say that they were involved with the original transaction of a trade-in 12 years later.

Dan Gave me the priority attention he was a veteran at selling cars with the Car Pro I obtained a pre approval from my bank Dan went over all of the features and benefits while in my new car. I spent a little more than I had planed but buying the add ones will pay dividends in the future 120 thousand miles bumper to bumper and 3 years maintenance well wort the extra cost thank you it was the best automobile purchase ever I highly recommended anyone to purchase an new car with a priority pass.

Dan Lyon did a wonderful job helping my acquire my new Precious Blue Baby, a Kia Soul. I found MY car on the website through CarProUSA and asked him to hold it for me. Dan did an impressive job helping us through all the paperwork. The Finance Manager got us in and out quickly. We really enjoyed signing the paperwork on the top of his digital desk.
