Mr. Le and the management team at Russell & Smith were very professional and courteous. The Sales Manager, Roy over saw the process and gave his full support, even after we changed our mind on the color of the car. We had already signed the paperwork and was scheduled to bring the down payment the next morning. The team found the car we wanted and had it driven to the dealership while we signed the new documents. 5 Star team!

Told them I had the pass on me. He explained that they have no-haggle pricing. Loved our salesman; he had a good balance of engagement and letting us explore alone. Never felt pressured. We ended up getting the certified used demo Civic - 2017 with less than 5000 miles. My son is through the roof. Thanks.

From communication to price, our whole buying experience went really well. Since we've bought almost all of our prior vehicles from CarMax, we were a little hesitant to try a traditional dealership. I did a lot of homework on the CarProUSA website (lots of good info there) and walked in feeling well informed. I also felt confident that Jerry Reynolds wouldn't recommend a dealership that would play games with us. The price Russell & Smith offered us was reasonable, and they didn't tack on any crazy fees in the end. Also, they didn't try and pressure us into buying the extended warranty or other products that we didn't want/need. When we left, I realized I forgot to get the owners manual, and texted our salesperson Mike Engbrock, who then overnighted it to me. He also said he'd mail my new plates out once the dealership receives them. All in all, we were very pleased and we'd definitely buy from here again .

I had been speaking with Ryan for a few days before we finally went in so didn't think to give him my certificate. He had reached out right away after I submitted the request.
We actually ended up purchasing a different vehicle than I had contacted him for. He listened to what I was looking for and recommended a different vehicle and that's what we took. Bless his heart, he also was so patient to listen to endless stories from my husband!
Finance department (can't remember the young lady's name) was great also. So polite. We had gone in with our own financing so there wasn't really much to it, but she was a pleasure to deal with.

We set up a time and date to pick up the car and a method of payment. My family and I arrived 30 minutes early, the car was washed and waiting but unfortunately the only dealer installed option we purchased, window tint, had not been installed. We had planned to pay by check (and told Fino that ahead of time) but were told on site that unless my wife and I both provided social security numbers they could not take a check unless it was a cashiers check. It was around 7:30 pm when they told us this, banks were closed. Later they did finally decide to accept the check. We arrived at 6:30 and did not get into the finance office until 8:30, remember we had set a time and were paying the full price by check. We completed the paperwork and left at 9:15 pm. Originally we were told to expect about 1.5 horse to complete the transaction. We left with no car and were told the tint would be finished Thursday. They did agree to deliver the car to our house which is about 50 miles from the dealership. They delivered the car Thursday. The people were nice, but the process was not smooth which is why I rated them st a 3. Their price was the best out of several dealers and they gave me their best price the first time which was something that I like.

Dino and Hanson made the experience extremely easy and satisfying. Turns out the 2011 Odyssey we purchased in 2011 was sold to us by Dino. He was able to meet our requested trade-in arrangement for the Odyssey to obtain the monthly lease payment my daughter and I had set as our goal.
