Shane was very attentive to our questions and concerns. The deal was virtually haggle-free, we got what we asked for on the trade-in, we got a great extended warranty at a terrific price, financing was a breeze.

Mixed bag here. Emailed designated contact Randy Bowman two weeks before obtaining Priority Pass with a couple of questions and included my phone number. I never received a response to the email or a phone call but found out later my email was in their system. After obtaining my Priority Pass I was contacted by the "internet manager" Marilyn Hernandez who found a record of the previous email I had sent to Randy Bowman. I visited the dealer the next day and asked for Randy Bowman or Marilyn Hernandez, Marilyn came out and passed me off to James Smith even though I had explained that in using the Priority Pass program in the past I was used to dealing with the designated CarPro representative exclusively. Fortunately, James Smith was knowledgeable and very easy to interact with. I did not purchase for two reasons: 1) Every vehicle they had in inventory including the one I drove had way more options than I wanted, essentially every option available, 2) They offered me way to little for my trade, about $4,000 less than Carvana offered the day before and about $3,000 less than Edmunds said was a fair trade in value. The price on the new truck I was looking at was great, 8.5% off MSRP plus rebate. In short, it was the lack of selection and the trade in offer that kept me from buying. James Smith was great to deal with but I'm disappointed that Randy Bowman didn't respond and that the dealer didn't seem to have any interest in doing a dealer trade with another local dealer even though I had identified a couple of trucks at Beck and Masten that fit my needs better.
