I heard from Eugene Fong on December 31, 2023 and requested at his suggestion a build sheet and photos of the Porsche 718 I was interested in buying. I never heard another word from Eugene. I tried calling him to follow through on my end and he never bothered to call me back or reach out. It's like I didn't exist.

Very responsive. Explained their process and pricing. Did not make a purchase because their pricing was higher than a competitor located near home. But very friendly and took the time to explain their procedure.

Jay was very helpful guiding us through the final build process for our 2021 Macan GTS. He was very thorough in explaining the terms of the lease and also guided us through all the options we chose in the build. This was an inquiry on extended "warranties". I sent the email on a Saturday and Roxanna called me the next day, Sunday!. Fully explained my options. No pressure. Offered a Porsche factory (like Jerry recommends) warranty out as far as 10 from inservice date. My warranty runs out in December and I'll be sure to get one from Roxanna. Also received an email from Victor Ghassemi, making sure I had been taken care of. I'm an addicted listener and love the show.

Once someone finally got back to me the experience was relational and honest. (Eugene). Overall, I did not go forward with purchasing my dream car (2022 Cayenne) because of $15K over MRSP price. I was offered to drop the price by $5K but my logical brain said no to the foolish industry of mark ups.

The folks at Downtown LA Porsche were very accomodating except, like most dealers, they don't have any inventory that's not pre-committed until late March or April of next year. So maybe we talk again next year when inventory levelscome back to a better level.

Victor and his team were excellent. I was treated well, the deal was as was agreed upon, Jay Huffschmidt explained the auto thoroughly and was introduced to the service manager. Service and Attitude were absolutely professional and helpful and price was right! The Porsche of interest will not become available until 2021. Victor and Eugene have agreed to place my order at MSRP as soon as Porsche opens up availability for my specified GT model. As reference, my local dealer that we purchased our current Porsche from wanted $10,000 over MSRP.
