I paid MSRP. It seems some do better, but the way things are, I guess that's all I could expect.When she told me she only does one Carpro deal/month and that lots of people would want the car, I knew I had no leverage. I had to take the dealer add-ons. The Perma plate and alarm I would have wanted, my only problem was the overpriced wheel locks. They ghave me a fairly good deal compared to the ridiculous price they charge most people, but having worked in the industry I know about what this stuff costs. All in all I'd say the system was very worthwhile. I got the exact car I wanted with no hassle, at a decent price. I've been going to my other contacts to get things customized. When I hear the great 5 star stories on the show, I knew this wasn't that, but worth 4 stars.

I was looking for a Rav4 Hybrid SE trim and open to XSE trim if it didn't have every option and the extra cost those things bring. Toyota Pasadena didn't have what I wanted in stock nor did they have any coming in soon. They only had I think 8-10 of both trims combined in stock. I realize there was nothing they could do about that but the salesman (KOKO?) didn't offer to look at other dealers to see if they could find one. He was very nice but didn't make me think I would be getting what I wanted any time soon. With the short supply and no success I decided to try my local dealer (Toyota of Temecula) and they had more inventory but still not the color and options I wanted but the person I was dealing with did say he would check other dealers to see if he could locate something. So I started doing internet searching of the many dealers in Southern California without any success until I came across Toyota Carlsbad who had 23 Rav4 Hybrids in the XSE trim on the lot and 1 was exactly what I was looking for. To make it even better, every dealer was at MSRP (which was fine) and they were as well but for some reason the one I choose was slightly below. I bought my previous car through the Car Pro process at Sierra Honda and have listened to the show for many years so I know how a dealer should treat customers. The experience at Toyota Carlsbad was like I was using a Car Pro dealer, very friendly, knowledgeable, and up front with everything. And as I mentioned before the vehicle was below MSRP and I didn't even know until the salesman told me as I assumed it would be what was on the window sticker. I wish I could be telling you all this happened at one of your dealers but thankfully with the things I have learned listening to the show I was able to navigate the process successfully. My wife will probably be ready for something new in the next year or two and I won't hesitate to start the process through the Car Pro website.

Young Ju worked hard to get accurate answers to our questions on new Grand Highlander - and told me about their inventory - 2 cars at the moment, and a 3rd one that was closer to my request. Young was excellent! The Buildings only 13 years old and still fresh. Inventory - well, you know... Downsides/turnoffs: $4830 added accessories to every car no matter price. That extra, mixed with additional equipment already on the car adds $10,000 to the car I'm hoping for... I did not sense any lowering of the price was going to be possible... And Toyota does not allow 'ordering' of cars - could be huge help to me! Any advice on this stuff welcome!!! Thanks for the show and the assistance! ken simon

I had the pleasure of meeting with Andy Bingham to discuss the predicament of finding a 2023 Sienna Limited in the colors I prefer. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and thank goodness, very patient. He took the time to explain everything to me and go over my options. He did not high pressure me at all in to trying to purchase another model car available on the lot, which I greatly appreciate. I will need to wait to get the car that I want, but I feel comfortable dealing with Andy in the (hopefully) near future. I was assigned Carlos, as my Car Pro representative. He was very professional but the price that added to after the MSRP was a lot more than expected. I was open for a lease but that option was not available since there were no new cars in their and they told me that because of that they could not put a lease package together.

Maybe it's just me, but my experience was not good. I saw the prices listed on the CarProUSA website. When I contacted the dealer, I was informed that those prices aren't applicable, and that there would be a $7,000 market adjustment. I understand that supply is tight, but don't advertise prices that you can't honor.

I visited the dealership this past Monday. Sam is no longer with the company. I spoke with Chad, the General Manager. Unfortunately they have a very limited supply of new cars so leasing is not an option. Also, very limited on used cars which carry a hefty price tag.

Well the service we received was excellent. They even delivered our new car & drove away with our trade-in. (We live about 40 miles from the dealership and are seniors, so they went out of their way to help us.) We are long time Car Pro listeners. However, Jerry I (the wife Nannette) "tongue in cheek" do have a bone to pick with you. We went in to buy a Venza or a RAV4 Hybrid. Well we drove the Venza & then the RAV4 Prime. Do I have to tell you which one my husband (Bob) fell in love with? Well the RAV4 Prime is sitting in our garage now & I swear my husband goes out there just to look at it. Recently bought a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid Limited at Toyota Pasadena and had a very good experience with the dealership! Sam, Adam, and Chad were great throughout the process and I would recommend them to anyone. They reserved me the car I wanted before it had even arrived at the dealership. We got a good deal on the car and never felt overwhelmed or pressured during the process. Everyone we interacted with at the dealership was friendly, relaxed, and knowledgeable. COVID-19 didn't cause any issues or interruptions.

They were wonderful. They were able to navigate around all of the COVID-19 restrictions without any hassles. I was contacted via text message almost immediately after requesting my VIP Priority Pass. I was able to call Sam whenever I had questions. During the week, we negotiated prices via email and when I arrived, Richard had everything ready for my test drive. Once I arrived and finished my test drive, we discussed my options and then I sat down with Sandra in finance. She was patient and also able to guide me through the paperwork. I first called the dealer at the end of September, and spoke with Paul about getting the 2020 Camry Hybrid XLE, to see if they had any in stock, and he said that it would be about a week or so before they get it. I then got my Priority pass, and Sam called me within about 15 minutes of sending the email. After speaking with Sam and letting him know that I spoke to Paul already, he pretty much assigned Paul to assist me through the rest of the process. Paul kept in constant contact all the way up to the day I bought the car on 10/23/2019. Even though I goofed the process a little bit, everyone helping me, Sam, Paul, and Beto, made me feel welcomed and made the whole car buying process incredibly painless. I'm so happy with the deal that the CarPro process got me, and absolutely recommend to ANYONE looking to get a new ride, that they do it the CarPro way!<br><br>Thank you Jerry and Kevin!

They were great. Sam worked with us to get a Rav4 in our budget. After I filled out the email at carprousa.com I received a call within 15 minutes on a holiday. I told Sam I we would be stopping by later in the afternoon. My wife and I had to unlock our credit first. Both were great and made sure we made an informed decision. So we leased a Rav4 XLE. I also found out at purchase that Toyota does not include Gap insurance built in to the Lease as Ford does. So I purchased it. If you know differently please let me know.

GAP insurance is offered thru different dealers, some do offer it, some do not. It all just depends on the dealership. It is great to have, though for that added protection! Sam lived up to my CarPro expectation. I listen to the show on KNX 1070 in Los Angeles on Saturday's when ever I am driving. Sam was prepared for our visit. We had discussed what we were looking for and he selected several cars that fit our requests and took the time to explain the differences. We then sat down and reviewed our options, discussed trade-in, financing and which vehicle we wanted. Sam was upfront, polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured or tricked. We asked questions and he made sure we got the correct answers. We highly recommend Sam.

The only thing stopping us from driving away with the new RAV4 Hybrid was the fact that my daughter's husband is a service writer at a different SoCal Toyota dealership. Because of that dealer's reputation, we kept Pasadena wide open as a buying option. My daughter had a negative experience with a Honda CarPro dealership, sadly, but Sandra and her assistant, Giselle, exemplified what a CarPro experience is SUUPPOSED to be like.

I first contacted Toyota Pasadena on Saturday morning. I received an immediate call back. I told them the car I wanted and they had one on the lot which was different from 5+ dealers closer to our home. We arranged to go see it on Sunday. We liked the car, we got a very fair offer for our trade in, and we drove off with the car in about two hours. I am kicking myself for not calling them first because the other dealers we visited were frustrating and frankly manipulative when I went in by myself. We felt none of this with Toyota of Pasadena. Would highly recommend them!

I filled out the Car Pro form and was contacted very quickly by one of the salespeople, Gisele. We couldn’t get to the dealership the day she was working, but she said her associate Eddie could help us. We arrived and Eddie met us at the door. We spent quite a bit of time at the dealership. Sandra, the Car Pro contact introduced herself and was very helpful. Everyone was very accommodating and NO sales pressure. Eddie worked many scenarios with us until we found one that worked for us. Nick the finance person offered us add ons, but once again… no pressure. The experience was very good. I can’t believe more people haven’t bought the Venza! I traded in my 2008 Lexus RX 350 😢 but the Venza is lovely (and a hybrid!)

Koko was a great salesman. He worked diligently to get me the Rav 4 hybrid that I wanted. The one he proposed to me at first was sold but the people backed out. He made sure to let me know it was available when I went there to get my second choice. I was so grateful to get the hybrid with AWD. And a full tank of gas!!! That has never happened on previous cars i have bought. I recommend Toyota of Pasadena.

I contacted Sandra Bruning at Toyota of Pasadena about the 2023 RAV-4 Prime (plug in hybrid). She explained that none would be arriving for 6-8 months but I could test drive a 2021 RAV-4 hybrid since the ride was similar. So I came in the next morning and test drove it with another Sales Consultant (Eddie Ness). I met with Sandra afterwards and told her I wasn’t convinced about the RAV-4 and I was going home to contact Car Pro for a VIP Pass to a Lexus dealer (to look at a NX 350). She smiled and told me she had a 2022 NX 350 that had just come in off a lease with 995 miles. I took it for a test drive, loved it and it now sits in my garage!!! Sandra was wonderful to work with, she offered me a fantastic price on the NX 350, gave me a fair trade value on my current car and even offered to have Eddie drive the Lexus to my home in Orange County so my wife could test drive it!!! I thanked her and told her that was not necessary. I had a great Car Pro experience. Sandra made it easy and stress free. I won’t be buying any more cars unless it is with Car Pro. Thank you Jerry.

Sandra and salesman Young Ju were very helpful in helping me select a new Camry from the limited inventory available. My former Toyota was destroyed, and I needed a new car rather quickly. I was originally looking for a hybrid with a different color and fewer options, but I am very satisfied with the car I purchased. Sandra was able to offer a better price to get me the additional options. Mr. Young Ju helped me become familiar with the many new Toyota features.

Sam called me 10 minutes after I sent him an email. He didn't have the used vehicle I'm looking for, but he was very friendly and promised to keep my name on hand in case my vehicle came in on a trade (I didn't visit the dealership).

I filled out the VIP info - Sam contacted me that evening and promised to call in the morning. He did. Told him what I wanted, and the financing expectations. I sent a very specific e-mail of needs asking if the Dealership would be able to satisfy those needs in leasing me a car. Sam called me back the next day to tell me that he was able to find a Camry XSE 4-door V-6 Sedan which would satisfy my stated needs. and asked me some questions as to how I would like to finance the car. I drove the 50 miles on the next day to the Dealership for a test drive with Max Rozen who works with Sam and knew all the car features and was able to answer all of my questions. When we returned from the test drive, Sam had prepared an offer sheet with several options for my review. I was pleased with the savings and chose an offer that best fitted my budget and signed the lease that day. I was at the Dealership for a total of only two hours and never felt any pressure to conclude the deal. Since I drove my own leased Ford Taurus to the Dealership for the test drive and had no means of accepting the Camry immediately, Sam and Max offered to deliver either car to my home on the next day, saving me the trip back to the Dealership. They were both extremely helpful and I had never had such a prior experience in my life. Max again reviewed all the car features when they delivered the Camry and even programmed my garage opener signal into the Camry. I am delighted to rate them and the Dealership with 5 Stars !

Wonderful experience! Received a solid deal on a 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback, and the same on my trade. Sam & Max were wonderful to work with. Everyone at the dealer was great; from reception to finance. . . yes even finance. But it was Sam who I first met that made me feel welcome. Max took me on the test drive, and later showed me the features of the Corolla. Max' exuberance for the Toyota brand was contagious. I was in and out in three hours, which isn't bad considering there was a trade involved, where I feel they really went to bat for me when it came to a trade-in value. Thank you Sam and Max!

The Car Pro contact at this dealership, Sandra, was AWESOME. I have been looking for the specific model for the past couple of months. The different salesmen I have talked with only wanted to sell me the car that they had rather than what I wanted. Sandra, found the car I wanted in about one day. We drove an hour + to her dealership and had a great experience purchasing our new car.

The person listed on the Carpro website had another salesman work with me, she never introduced herself. The other salesman was nice but he let "Paul" a third salesman put undo pressure on us. The cars were so dirty, we had difficulty with visibility during test drive. The WORST part was, we were clear we did not want any extras. When Paul ran the financing, he added an extended warranty to the financing without asking. Why would anyone finance an extended warranty? Games and hubris- never coming back.

I was looking for a Toyota Highlander Hybrid and everyone said that it was going to be a hard search. But, connecting with Toyota of Pasadena, through the CarPro website, I connected with Andy who was a great guide through the process. He answered my questions and although he had one in stock, with the color I wanted, it was assigned to another customer. When that customer didn't purchase it, he let me know and we came to an agreement on the price (all through email). When we went to the dealer, we took a test drive and loved it. Unfortunately, as we waited for the finance manager to complete another customer's sale, I started getting antsy waiting. Andy said "give me a minute" and went and talked to someone. He then brought me to Sandra, the GM of the dealership! She instantly went through the finance process & paperwork and had us out of the office quickly. She was so friendly and although I knew she was busy, she treated us like special friends! The process works! Thank you!

Sandra is very busy. We only connected briefly. I also spoke to Carlos the salesperson I was turned over to. The RAV 4 Prime was listed on their website for $41,000+ I was told the selling price was $15,000 above sticker at $62,000. The math did not add up so I felt this was not a dealership I would purchase a vehicle from. I wanted to upgrade from my 2019 Prius Prime to the RAV. They did not even ask about a trade in. Sandra Bruning was very responsive and cordial. Since the vehicle we are interested in will not become available until 2023, we had hoped to be placed on a wait list. Thanks to CarPro, I made an incredible deal at Pasadena Toyota on a new 2020 Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE. I had communicated via email with Internet Sales Consultant Blanca Galloway regarding 2020's perhaps still available. Her response addressed my request directly (mainly a dark color) and "warned" me that the car contained an additional $1,500 in add-on's above the sticker price. Because of her honesty, I drove the 40 miles to Pasadena last Saturday. My first impression of the dealership was its spacious, modern and clean showroom. Blanca immediatley greeted me with a broad and friendly smile and showed me the car, suggesting a test drive which I declined as this would possibly be my 3rd Camry Hybrid. Loved the car so proceeded with securing a quote. It was difficult to contain my excitement as I was introduced to Sales Manager Arbi Amirian. Cut to the chase, he threw in the $1,500 in extras, the $3,000 Toyota rebate, $2,000 for the car itself and unbelievably, gave me the exact CarMax quote value on my 2014 trade-in. Deal done!! With the pink slip and both fobs in hand, I bid a fond farewell to my old car with only 24,500 miles on the odometer knowing that it would make the next owner extremely happy. My compliments to Pasadena Toyota.

My wife and I set out to buy her a new car on May 9th. We had narrowed the choice down to either a Lexus NX300 Hybrid or Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. After spending many WEEKS with first an unresponsive salesperson and then an unresponsive sales manager at our local Lexus dealership we decided to use the CarPro USA VIP process and give Toyota Pasadena a try. What a difference! In one day Dave Canfield our salesperson patiently listened to her desire on exterior color, interior, features, etc. He located two cars from other dealerships that fit. We worked out a great price and he even drove to Manhattan Beach to bring the car over for us to see. Sam is great. He tried his best to get the pricing down for us to match or beat a Honda we were looking at. This was very tough for us because The two car brands we compared were very close in features. The difference was the Honda. It's a 2019 model with more room to discount. Sam could not beat that after David went lower. <br>Please share this with Sam. We already purchased a Rav4 in 2019 so we knew he was good. I have the highest respect for him and will consider him again when the time arises.

We went in for research, with the intent to buy at the end of the year. They knew this going in. We never felt short changed or rushed. There was no pressure. They took the time to sit down with us after the test drive to answer questions and show us options for making a purchase. That they did this when they knew they weren't going to make money that day speaks volumes. We'll be in touch again when the time is right!

This was by far the best auto buying experience that I have had. We had previously purchased three vehicles at other dealerships about 10 years ago and not been aware of CarPro, we have bought two vehicles via a private car locating dealership, and leased two vehicles at another dealership. Sam was straight forward with the pricing and Max with my wife test driving the vehicle. Max even assisted me in trying in the car seat for our new grandchild. After discussing the available options and safety features, we wanted a model which they did not have on the lot. Sam called his contacts to get the vehicle, he kept us abreast of the the search results, and when the vehicle was found, allowed us to complete the paperwork and go home which they were transporting the vehicle. Max delivered the vehicle to our residence with no complications. Overall, an absolutely great experience.

I chose Pasadena Toyota because I live in the Valley and didn't want to travel to Santa Monica. I was a little skeptical since I was going alone as a single female. However, Sam called me within ten minutes of his receiving my VIP Priority Pass. We had a good conversation and I visited him on July 4th. He introduced me to Andy, who took me on test drives and explained the differences between models. A couple of days later, as I'm thinking of the leasing costs of what I had wanted, Sam returned every call the same day with answers to every question. Andy actually picked me up at my home on the 12th of July and drove me to the dealership, as I had decided on leasing the RAV4 LE. Cost wise and feature wise, I could have gone back to a Camry, but I had gotten used to the SUV, and wanted to stay there, so budget wise, I had to take the LE and not the XLE. But Sam and Andy were so attentive, available, never once rolled their eyes when I asked what might have been construed as "dumb" questions, etc. No haggling, just information and I was educated on many things. I had gone to other dealerships before I registered with you, and even though I had a male informed friend with me, was still treated with neglect and disdain. So, thank you for assuring great customer service with your dealerships. I got the feeling that if I chose not to lease a Toyota from them, they would have still been friendly and lovely. The friendly staff directed us to Chad Najjar, who greeted us and thanked us for coming in. He introduced us to Amy Floretta, the Internet Sales Consultant who showed us the vehicles we were interested in. A great personality and very helpful, we enjoyed our visit with her. We met Sam Khachatrian the Internet Sales Manager. We were able to ask any questions we had and they answered all our questions and gave us other important facts as well. Between all three they treated us very well not just trying sell a car.
