I think Tustin Mazda should do like other dealers and let the driver take the car for a drive without the sales person - COVID-19.
CX-3 is still under consideration though it is under-powered compared to the Honda Civic for freeway driving.

Jim Feinstein met me at the door had the vehicle set up under a shade awning and explained a few features before test driving the CX5. The VIP experience was everything the CarProUSA said it would be.

It was a very pleasant experience! I visited Tustin Mazda, with your VIP Priority Pass, three times before the purchase. I test-drove two models: CX-5 and CX-30. Both were great and I could not decide, until the last visit. (I chose the CX-5.) On each visit, I was treated with respect and patience. All my questions were answered thoroughly and I was never pressured. This dealership is excellent when it comes to customer service and they were very happy to know I brought the CarPro VIP Priority Pass. The entire process was excellent.

After getting some offers on my wife's 2012 Honda Civic we went to Tustin Mazda to see if they would match the offer. Victor was very helpful from the very beginning. My first car buying experience wasn't the best so this time I had a Car Pro Priority Pass but felt so welcome and comfortable I completely forgot about it. Victor showed us all the trim models of the Mazda 3 and CX-5 and we test drove most of them until we found the perfect one for my wife. He never made us feel pressured or rushed to make a decision and he was very patient with us. They matched the offer on my wife's car and their initial offer on the CX-5 we picked was so good we didn't even need to haggle. After the deal was made Debbie in finance walked us through all the contract talk so we actually understood everything. She was very pleasant and actually made the entire process fun. We had such a great experience we went back to Victor 2 weeks later to pick out a Mazda 3 for myself. We even requested Debbie again. It felt great walking back in and feeling at home. From the General Manager to the President John everybody we met truly made our experience incredible. If anyone ever talks about how stressful and exhausting buying a new car is, it will be great to tell them not every dealership is like that and I'll send them over to our new friends at Tusin Mazda.

Originally I was to meet with Jim Feinstein. Jim was my first contact a couple of weeks ago but I couldn't meet due to a health issue.
Since Jim was with other customers, Larry Henderson offered to assist me. Larry is very knowledgeable about everything on the Mazda, There was never any pressure - only kindness and respect. I test drove the CX-5 and CX-30 and loved them both. It will be a difficult decision but with Larry's help, I am confident I will make the right decision. I hope to return within a week. Jim Feinstein was excellent. Informative, very attentive and created a relaxed atmosphere while I was contemplating my purchase. This was the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Tustin Mazda. We have found that this dealership goes the extra length to make sure the customer is happy with the purchase. I was happy to know they were a certified dealer and I was curious how the experience would differ using the VIP process.

We were either going to purchase our current lease (2016 Mazda CX-5) or look at a new 2019 CX-5 to see which was a better deal. Jim went over the numbers for us on buying out our current lease and gave us options on a new lease. We discussed what we liked and disliked about the 2016 vehicle and he selected a 2019 trim based on our preferences.

After a lengthy test drive (more than any other car I have tested over the years), we went over the numbers. As part of the deal, Jim was able to negate the $1100 in mileage overage and gave us a great price. We could not be happier with the experience, it just felt different than any other we have had in the past. Later, Jim sold us an accessory for the vehicle at his price, a nice touch. We are now enjoying a new 2019 vehicle for less per month than what we would be paying to keep the 2016 car.

After the deal was made Debbie in finance walked us through all the contract talk so we actually understood everything. She was very pleasant and actually made the entire process fun. We had such a great experience we went back to Victor 2 weeks later to pick out a Mazda 3 for myself. We even requested Debbie again. It felt great walking back in and feeling at home. From the General Manager to the President John everybody we met truly made our experience incredible. If anyone ever talks about how stressful and exhausting buying a new car is, it will be great to tell them not every dealership is like that and I'll send them over to our new friends at Tusin Mazda.

Originally I was to meet with Jim Feinstein. Jim was my first contact a couple of weeks ago but I couldn't meet due to a health issue.
Since Jim was with other customers, Larry Henderson offered to assist me. Larry is very knowledgeable about everything on the Mazda, There was never any pressure - only kindness and respect. I test drove the CX-5 and CX-30 and loved them both. It will be a difficult decision but with Larry's help, I am confident I will make the right decision. I hope to return within a week. Jim Feinstein was excellent. Informative, very attentive and created a relaxed atmosphere while I was contemplating my purchase. He was aware I was looking at other vehicles and never pressured me but pointed out the attributes of the CX5 over the others. Great experience. Will only buy through CarPro for future purchases

This was the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Tustin Mazda. We have found that this dealership goes the extra length to make sure the customer is happy with the purchase. I was happy to know they were a certified dealer and I was curious how the experience would differ using the VIP process.

We were either going to purchase our current lease (2016 Mazda CX-5) or look at a new 2019 CX-5 to see which was a better deal. Jim went over the numbers for us on buying out our current lease and gave us options on a new lease. We discussed what we liked and disliked about the 2016 vehicle and he selected a 2019 trim based on our preferences.

After a lengthy test drive (more than any other car I have tested over the years), we went over the numbers. As part of the deal, Jim was able to negate the $1100 in mileage overage and gave us a great price. We could not be happier with the experience, it just felt different than any other we have had in the past. Later, Jim sold us an accessory for the vehicle at his price, a nice touch. We are now enjoying a new 2019 vehicle for less per month than what we would be paying to keep the 2016 car.
