Not impressed. Delay in replying. Salesman who called me was not familiar with the RAM truck model I was interested in {1500 Crew Cab 2 x 4}. I seemed to know more than him. Very little enthusiasm. Basically, useless.

Greg Singh promptly greeted us when we arrived for our appointment and introduced himself. We had the best car buying experience we have ever had and are ordering a 2022 Grand Cherokee L Summit. Not the car we had in mind when we arrived, but after seeing my wife drive the Grand Wagoneer, and taking note of the car she was currently driving, he suggests the Grand Cherokee as a better fit for her. He even was able to get her to drive it, which she never had done a test drive before. If there was a rating higher than 5 stars I would give it!!

I have been listening to Jerry Reynolds for as long as his show has been on. I haven't purchased a new car in 40 years and I knew I wanted to make the deal with the assistance of CarPro. Greg made it very easy in such a trying time. There was no pressure. I took extra time to think it over. He stood behind the pricing and everything he originally presented to me. Overall, a great experience and that is why I purchased through this dealership.
