Taylor Garrett contacted me the same afternoon I obtained our VIP pass online and we talked a few minutes on the phone. I told him that we might be interested in an Infiniti so we scheduled an appointment to stop by and look at vehicles. Taylor introduced us to Katerina (Katie) Klein, one of their sales consultants, and both of them helped us settle on a QX50, although we did not make an immediate decision. It took us several days and a visit to another of your authorized dealers close by before we make up our minds on the QX50. Katie gave us a tour of the dealership and was very helpful and personable. We enjoyed working with her through our decision making process and, although we understand she was recently moved from the service department to sales consultant, she was very well informed, conscientious, and competent. In my opinion, Infiniti of Boerne is lucky to have her on their staff.

I have driven pick-up trucks for many years but this time, my wife and I decided to go the SUV route. We were planning to look at many brands but, luckily, looked at the Infiniti QX series first and liked the many safety and other features. Learning how to use all of those features will be a challenge but we are patient and will figure out all of the bells and whistles over time. Typically, we have always bought our vehicles outright but this time we went with your advice to lease, mainly because of our ages and low mileage driven each year. Taylor and Katie helped us get comfortable with the concept of leasing and their Finance Director, J Michael Crittenden, was very helpful while working with us on the paperwork involved. I had a brief conversation with the General Manager, Greg Warrick, the day we picked up our vehicle and he thanked us for choosing Infiniti of Boerne. Although we tend to keep our vehicles for many years, we are interested to see how this lease works out and what happens in three years when we have the opportunity to move to a new model. I will close by saying that of all of the car buying experiences we have had over the past 50+ years, the team of folks we dealt with at Infiniti of Boerne certainly made our time with them enjoyable and less stressful than most car buying experiences. They also keep some pretty tasty muffins on hand.

Promptly responded to my online request. Had two requested vehicles out and waiting for me the next morning when I visited the dealer. Greg Warwick, the GM, met me and gave me a tour of the entire dealership to include the service bays. Then Taylor Garrett, the sales manager, met with me, discussed different cars and different deals. Took a test drive and drove the new 2019 QX80 home later that afternoon. Excellent experience. Highly recommend Infiniti of Boerne!
