Great experience, I loved working them!! I was initially hesitant to contact the dealership as they are a 6 hour drive from my city but I really wanted to work with someone CarPro recommended and I'm so glad I did. Ron made the process easy, he listened to what I wanted and took my concerns seriously. He want pushy but gave helpful suggestions and advice along the way. He clearly described the process (without me having to ask first!) and took time to explain when I had questions. Then to cap it off they personally delivered the vehicle to me all the way in Lubbock and allowed me to look it over in person before signing any paperwork. It was a refreshing experience all the way from the trade in to financing and I would happily work with Ron and the folks at Ken Batchelor Cadillac again!

I first went to the dealer due to an accident in my XT5 Cadillac. They offered to take care of me and my car and they did exactly as promised ... each and everyone. I decided to trade when they offered to buy it before it was fixed. It had a lot of damage. They made me a very good deal on an XT4 which I liked better than the XT5. I was very pleased with all the service and felt confident with the entire deal. Even the young lady at Enterprise Rentals located in the dealership was very helpful and professional in getting me the type rental I needed.

Trevor helped me get an XT4 leased for my Mother in Law. We were at the dealership for a grand total of 90 minutes. Test drive was handled at home and paperwork done on line. GM came to see us at closing and we were introduced to the entire team. Fantastic service!

I was contacted right away by Michael Idar. He was interested in what I was looking for and listened to my desire. He set up an appointment and was very patient with me. He had multiple vehicles for me to view, drive and gave input on each one. He was very knowledgeable and although I just went to look and drive a select group of vehicles I was interested in I did purchase one that day. He even had my vehicle delivered the next day after made ready and Dave spent over an hour walking me through different bells and whistles on the car and helped me set up On Star. I contacted Michael with an issue on my windshield already and he scheduled an appointment to take care of it. Very pleased with the process. I used to work for USAA and used their car purchase program several times.It is no longer a benefit. CARPRO program was very similar and I am thankful for the opportunity to use it.

I have my CarPro priority pass on hand, however I'm waiting to be contacted by my salesman from Ken Batchelor to let me know when the 2021 Escalade that I ordered arrives.....it's been about 9 weeks! So unfortunately, I can't rate my experience yet; I just hope that when all is said And done, that I'm as satisfied as so many of your radio listeners. Zach brought the car to our home in New Braunfels. Went back to office prepared paperwork, then Mark and Jackson--who is in training delivered the car. Mark went over paperwork with us, and Jackson hooked up On Star, phones and garage door opener. We purchased a gorgeous blue certified pre-owned 2018 Cadillac xt5. Very impressed with service! We traded in a 2000 Suburban--so it's been awhile since we did this!!! Steve and Jan

Preliminary rating but I have no expectation of it changing. I actually have not seen the XT5 I bought almost two weeks ago. It had to be transferred from a sister dealership in Dallas and then taken to Mobility Works here in San Antonio for hand control installation. Fingers crossed I take delivery Saturday. Louis, even though he will be on vacation, will come to my house for delivery and vehicle instructions. I've also have been given his personal number and instructions to call for a ride for anything because I'm just an old single busted up vet with a dog who doesn't drive or get me a cold beer! Needing hand controls ruled out a loaner car. <br>I had emailed you once and you had mentioned Cadillac might not know what to do with my trade in (2016 F250 Platinum diesel). They actually gave me a very respectable offer.
