Dodge Adds Heritage-Inspired Go Mango To Hellcat Lineup

If Plum Crazy purple wasn’t your color, perhaps Go Mango orange is. It’s the latest heritage-inspired color Dodge is offering on its 2016 Challenger and Charger SRT Hellcat lineup.

“Go Mango” joins “Plum Crazy”, “B5 Blue” and “Sublime” green as color options on the muscle cars.

The color, which Dodge describes as an orange-red tone, dates back to the 1970 Challenger. Dodge offered it on a limited production run on the 2006 Charger R/T Daytona models.

It was also recently featured it on the 2016 Dodge Dart.

“Powerful performance cars like our Dodge Charger and Challenger demand high-impact colors,” said Tim Kuniskis, Head of Passenger Car Brands – Dodge, SRT, Chrysler and FIAT, FCA – North America. “Dodge muscle cars have a long history of unique paint colors with iconic names, and we’ll continue to reach back into our paint code archive to give our enthusiast customers what they want.”

Dealers can start ordering the new orange color immediately.
