I did not make it to this dealership because we purchased at another dealership. I was contacted by JP Johns shortly after downloading the VIP pass. He was helpful and accommodating. I have every confidence that he would have continued to give the same great service in person that he gave me on the phone had I visited his dealership. We will likely shop here next time a member of our household needs a vehicle.

The Salesman Ross was fine. The dealership messed up on getting the correct vehicle for me from another dealer. The Colorado was supposed to have the Safety package on it and it did NOT. When going over the car with them I noticed that and stopped the process. Met with the Sales man Ross again and told him and apparently there was some kind of miscommunication. I was told that they found a truck that had everything I wanted on it except it didnt have running boards. So they added that and that added to the monthly payment a bit. So I agreed. But the vehicle they got for me did not have the safety package on it (Lane Departure and Front end collision warning etc.) NOT ONCE did I meet the General Manager that you have listed on your site. He emailed me early on when I signed up on your site, but that was it. never again and never met him when I was at the dealership. Now they say they found another one, but it doesnt have a spray on bedliner or running boards.

Salesman JP Johns made the whole process quick and easy, and he helped us make an informed decision. Tim McMahon, the General Sales Manager, greeted us personally. We have bought/leased many cars, and this process with Ganley Chevrolet was the best experience ever. We have a real good feeling inside about everything.

Would have given a 5 rating but for them having a week to prep the vehicle when I went and picked up the truck a week after purchasing and took it home (25 miles away), the wife and myself went shopping that was a 53 mile round trip and as I was sitting outside enjoying the 70 degree weather in Cleveland looking at the vehicle and noticed that I was missing a lug nut on all 4 wheels. When I test drove the truck I looked in the back seat and the locking lug nuts and mats were in plastic bags. Obviously I immediately called and left a message, because no one answered. I was still steaming because I once had a tire fly off a 3 year old pick up while on Pennsylvania turnpike doing 70 because of a loose lug nut. I wrote a complaint to Tim (the GM) and as soon as he got it I received a call from 2 people. They advised me to come back to the dealer (25) miles away and they would put the nuts on. I conveyed my concern for my safety of driving without lug nuts how did I know the rest were on the wheel the proper torque etc. the service people assured me that I would be ok(ha ha).. when I returned to the dealer a few days later(have other responsibilities) and was approached by the service agent and reported the problem the first words out of his mouth was HOW MANY MILES ON THE VEHICLE? I almost lost it. Then he asked if the wrench was in the glove box? Needless to say after the vehicle was properly equipped nut wise I asked for a couple of routine maintenance (oil/tire rotation) visits and was promptly turned down and also was told there was nothing for me to worry about. SO THIS IS MY STORY, it will be hard for me to return to that dealer in the future. I traded a 2017 truck that was bought there and purchased a 2021 and recommended a friend who also bought a 2021 crew cab there so it will be their loss. Thanks for all you do in working with this dealer and others but the lack of prep and safety concerns will have me looking elsewhere. <br>Terry

Due to the Car Pro rep, we expected a true, easy consumer related buying experience. Pete, as well as manager, were cordial and nice. That is where good comments end.<br><br>The sales experience turned out to be no different than any other car buying encounter. Presenting dealership offer... we have our objections...three or four trips back to the management desk. Scribbling all over offer page...attempting to get agreement signature. Quoting incorrect equipment (moon roof when vehicle did not have moon roof). We departed leaving deal on the table. Ganley dealership is a 40 minute drive that we were willing to deal with due to your marketing of this dealership. <br><br>Went to Chevy dealership near our home and signed lease @ $238/month, 36 months, 10000 miles/year, $19,100 residual instead of Ganley's $249/month, 36 months, 10000 miles/ year, $20,041 residual.<br><br>Typical car dealership experience! Disappointed!
