Just finished my purchase from Serra Mazda in Akron. It is the 4th or 5th car I have bought using the CarPro process. This one was particularly helpful as we were close to a deal, but could not finalize it. As a last step, I asked the sales manager (who Tom Flory my CarPro contact had referred me to) to let Tom take a look a the deal to see if it would work. Once Tom stepped in, he said "make it work" and the deal was done! Everyone throughout the process was helpful and professional. I have met Tom a couple of times, and he is definitely a true “car pro” and does everything that Jerry advertises. I love the show, and I will keep going back to Serra as long as Tom is there and Jerry recommends them!

This is the 3rd car I have bought from Tom and Serra using the CarPro process. Dave (salesperson) and Christine (finance) were outstanding to deal with. I met Tom on my last visit, and even though he was tied up this time, I know that he was talking to Dave throughout the process. Serra has definitely earned Jerry's recommendation...and mine!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Larry reached out to me after our initial contact. I did all the basic work via email ( which is perfect for me). I went in on Saturday and everything was set. And the GM of the Dealership stopped by to make sure we were happy. I will use them in the future. Very Happy Customer!

The whole VIP experience was awesome! I have dealt with this dealership for a long time using the same salesperson, but I never was aware of the VIP experience. When I emailed Tom, he set me up with my favorite salesperson, Dave, and I then I got the VIP price and treatment. It was the best of all worlds. I got to use the salesperson I wanted and I was sure to get the Carpro price! I will always use the VIP program when you have a dealer near me! Just get BMW dealer in Cleveland now!! John Craig
