Tom Flory called me immediately upon my inquiry and we drove right over there after he told me that they were selling at MSRP and not over. When I got to dealership he greated me and I was impressed with his great attitude and overall demeanor. It was whe I discovered the Legacy had over $2000 worth of dealer added options, like ceramic coating and door guards that leeds me to a poor review. That's not msrp and it was not transparent. I would have not driven an hour to drive the car if I had known this prior. Very disappointed. I bought camry later that day.

Serra Subaru was fantastic ! I recently purchased a Crosstrek, with the amazing sales service of Casey Dungan. Casey was highly professional at all times, she answered all of my questions, and explained the process of buying the car. The offer I received was under the MRSP, with a few bonus options thrown in as well. Once purchased, she spent a significant amount of time, teaching me how to use all of the car accessories safely. I had gone to several other Subaru dealers in Cleveland, several of which gave me offers significantly over the MRSP. When I questioned it; they said that demand for cars enabled them to do so. I had to drive almost an hour to get to this dealership, but If you are looking for a Subaru, I recommend Serra over any other dealership in the Cleveland area.

We know it was the busiest week of the year to send an email to Tom about test driving a car but not necessarily planning to buy a car until the spring. He encouraged us to come in anytime to test drive, was waiting for us with Casey in the showroom to greet us. We ended up buying our 2021 Subaru Ascent that day. We cannot say enough that this was the most enjoyable car buying experience we have ever had. There was no pressure from Tom or Casey to buy if not ready, both were so friendly and knowledgeable. With the pleasant experience and 0% financing it was an easy decision to buy the day we went down. I am sure any car buying in the future will be with Serra.

When I filled out the info for the VIP pass, Tom Flory called me with 15 minutes. He left me his personal cell number. I called him back and told him which Subaru we were interested and that I would like to come by the next day to test drive it. The next day, Tom was waiting for us as we entered and introduced himself and Adam Helwig, who handled the sale. We had already agreed to a price on the phone, so after the test drive, we bought it. Everything was very low key and no pressure what so ever. It was nice to go to a dealership and not have to play any games to buy a new vehicle. We love our new Forester and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Disappointed that we did not meet Tom Flory , as the on the air commercial said. We had a hiccup as our auto show coupon Serra asked about, they were afraid to honor. They eventually relented. We came at 9am and left at 1 pm, I am sure we could have been briefer. That being said our experience was far better than the other car buying times as then we would have closed with the dealer and left feeling abused and insulted. Car sales obviously doesn't have to be that way. we are very happy. Tell Tom that.

I've been researching Subaru Forresters for months and finally decided to pull the trigger during the shut down due to the great deal on financing that was offered at 0%. I had originally planned to lease, but after I test drove the car, I knew that I would love it after after three years and have to buy it at that point anyway. So I just went ahead and bought it. Tom was there every step of the way and handed me off to Adam, who was patient with me, answered every question, and maintained social distancing the entire time. We did as much as we could via email, credit checks, etc. But I wanted to test drive the car again before my final decision. I do not have one complaint. I've even decided to get my routine maintenance done at Serra rather than locally even though it's an hour's drive, just because I am so impressed with the whole dealership. Amazing experience from start to finish. I got in contact with Tom to renew my lease on a Subaru Crosstrek. He was very knowledgeable on which model he felt would be the right fit for me and had a Crosstrek in stock that he immediately put on hold for me. He kept me within my price range and made the whole process easy and stress-free. When I went to pick up my new vehicle from the dealership, the process was quick and easy and I was out the door within 2 hours with my new car. GM and I had a detailed conversation about my brothers totaled assent and what they could do get a deal done on a replacement. When my brother got his settlement offer I emailed the GM asking if he could give me the MMR on his totaled unit. I didn’t hear back so I called Ricky Martinez with Lamesa CDJR, got the the info and told my brother to accept the offer from State Farm. Then I called Yark Subaru in Toledo..close to my brothers home and they were happy to sell them a new assent. Disappointing I didn’t hear back from him. I even told him that I worked for honda and have spoken to Joe Serra many times…if I call joe right now he would pick up. I love the Serra group..for some reason this didn’t work.

I was put in contact with Tom Flory at Serra Subaru regarding information on the new Subaru Solterra launching this summer. I wanted to get more information to decide whether this new EV will be suitable for my wife needs. Tom got back to me very next day and put me in contact with Casey Dungan. Because there is little details regarding this car I have been going back and forth with Casey who has been exceptionally responsive. We are learning about this car together and I couldn't be more pleased working with her. Serra Subaru is selling at MSRP, and if I find this car meets our needs I plan to purchase from them although they are not the closest Subaru dealer to me. They have won me over.

My wife and I bought a Subaru Forester on March 31st. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Our Sales Consultants, Casey and Adam Dungan, were extremely helpful throughout the purchase process. There was no sales pressure and we were satisfied with the sale price of the car and the amount we received for our trade-in. We liked the fact that what CarPro has said about Tom Flory is absolutely true. He made time to meet with us on a very busy day for him - the last day of the month and the last day of the quarter. Casey contacted me within a couple hours of when I signed up for the VIP pass. She asked some questions to find out what kind of vehicle I was interested and we made an appointment for the day after Thanksgiving. When I got to the dealership she had two vehicles ready to show me and have me test drive. Casey was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She helped me decide on options and provided me with pricing details so I could compare to a couple other makes and models I was considering. She didn't put any pressure on me to make a decision that day. When I made up my mind on Saturday, she went right to work finding a vehicle that matched the options I wanted and got it to the dealership for Monday to meet the incentives deadline. I was very pleased with the experience and that the process lived up to my expectations from listening to the radio show.

I was wondering how the whole car buying process was going to go thru CarProUSA but it was very easy and helpful! Jason Ryan was our car salesman and he was prompt, polite and helpful. I did 95 percent thru calls and texting. I don't know why more dealers don't try to be on the CarPro list. That was the only drawback, driving an hour to the dealership. But that our weighs the hassles that are usually with buying a car! I'm so happy I started listening to the CarPro radio program, it has given me a lot of information and love their website! Thank you so much!!!

Honestly, my visit was OK. Carl was very nice and helpful, if a bit overly busy given all the customers he was attending to. Unfortunately by the time I was able to make it there (a day later than anticipated), the STI I was looking at had been sold. That was communicated before I came out, but I thought it would be good to at least test drive the WRX even if it wasn't the STI. In fact, one area Serra really excelled was in communication. I did complete the test drive, which went fine and the WRX is a nice little car. I do have one critique and that is my vehicle trade-in was undervalued. Another Subaru dealership offered me $3000 more for my car than Serra did.

We went to a couple of Subaru Dealers in our area and test drove the vehicle that my wife wanted to lease, and received the. basic info from the sales personal. At the first dealer they were pretty efficient and gave us a ballpark number for a lease. the second dealer it was like pulling teeth to get a number. THEN I contacted Tom Flory at Serra Auto Park via e-mail and within a 1/2 hour he called and got all the info from us about the vehicle we would like to lease. Now it was on a Saturday and it was about 1/2hour before closing time BUT Mr. Flory went to the Subaru Dealership on his property and got us a nice ballpark figure to digest over the weekend. We put our questions together,(because we never leased before) and on Monday morning Mr. Flory had this very polite and professional young lady contact us. Her name is Casey Dungan and there was absolutely no pressure tactics involved. She was very knowledgeable and helpful to all our concerns. Then Casey gave us the price with different down payments and low and behold they were better than the prices we digested over the weekend, needless to say before we hung up the phone my wife was the proud owner of a new lease for the Subaru Forester.<br>From the initial e-mail to the final signing of the contracts this was the most relaxing and professional experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle in my life!!!! And I have purchased around 15 new vehicles in my 54 years of driving. Julie took on the challenge of helping my wife and I with the selection. of a new Subaru. The experience was outstanding and very professional. We hit a few snags in the car deal but Julie worked with us, promoting the dealership and car in a positive impressive experience, Julie by far has been the best sales person I have every met when buying a new vehicle. So I called him back and told him I was interested in a new Subaru Forester Sport model and gave him the stock number of the vehicle from his website. We discussed price briefly and made an appointment to come and test drive the vehicle the next day. Tom reached out immediately by email and referred me to Carl who was very helpful with determining the options we needed for both a Subaru Forester and a Mazda CX-5. Very convenient SERA has several brands under one dealership. Carl was a pleasure to work with and emailed pricing on the desired cars for both models. This is still in process as it is for my daughter in NC and she is going to compare prices locally. Carl was great to work with and I have no doubt my daughter will have a great buying experience if it turns out she can save money by going to the Cleveland area.

He thanked us for coming and informed us of all the steps that they have taken to assure us of a safe and pleasant visit. He then introduced us to Jason Ryan who would be working with us throughout the process of trading in my leased 2017 Toyota RAV4 and with the lease a new 2020 Subaru Outback Limited. They had the two vehicles that we wanted to test drive parked near the entrance and locked so that no one could get into them. They were both cleaned and sanitized for us before we got there. Jason & Tom are great people, and made the whole process relaxed, informative, and personal. We were also very pleased with the finance department that processed our paperwork in a clean and sterile room, which made us feel relaxed because we are in our late 60's. Everyone, from the time we entered the building, and up until we left with the new Outback, wore a mask and used sanitizer, and even offered us sanitizer if we wanted to use it. This was the most enjoyable experience to go from one vehicle and into another that we ever experienced. Tom greeted me on arrival and at time of vehicle pickup. Carl was knowledgeable about the vehicles I considered and was able to answer all my questions. Julie though a new employee was able to find answers to my questions and explain discrepancies with the warranty brochures.

This review is a bit overdue as we got our SUV in February. Initially Tom was not receiving messages from the CarPro site but after calling and leaving him a message he got back to me immediately. I came in the next day and he had already spoken with his staff about our situation. They searched all over for the exact Subaru Ascent that we wanted and had it brought it from Michigan. They were a huge help and offered us a great deal. Will be thinking of them in the future for our Subaru needs!
